Whats excluded from your contract! I had purchased my ultimate coverage Cornerstone United contract with the understanding that this was a great company and that if there was an issue, they would take care of it. On their brochure they state If a component isnt on a short list of exclusions- its covered! Think about that for a moment and come up with a number. In talking with a senior adjuster for the company, my contact is ten pages long. 20% of the contract is exclusions. I dont know about you, but 20% is not what I consider a short list! Needless to say they took care of me by denying my claim. Of course it took them from shifting from one reason to another until they could make one stick. Be ***** people, this North Carolina based company will gladly take your money and put you through the wringer if you try to use what you purchased from them.

They claimed they lost my email, but where responding threw the same email link. Shop call someone, they have a claims and customer support line. Who ever the shop called said ok. Insurance claimed they never got estimate. After replying to my whats going on with claim email saying warranty is expired.(was current at time of claim) then I told them I could see the email was read. It then turned into, I didnt contact anyone. Followed by they never got estimate and shop never contacted them. Just a run around. Truck broke on vacation. I did not have the 1-2weeks to wait and get fired from my job. So I told shop to do it, after they called insurance and submitted claim and estimate. Some how all this got lost. Just save your $$. From my experience, they will try anything and everything to s**** you over. They write down on there note what they want, not how the conversation happened. If you cant have youre car down form 5 business days to 2 weeks for work to begin, then this insurance is almost pointless any way. This is to alert people to events that have and may happen.

GENERAL RV, Uses ****** ***** ext warranty service which is very expensive, now when you go to use this warranty they say they don't cover shipping of the warranty items, called GENERAL RV, upset, GENERAL RV states they never heard of such lie, that they would call ****** ***** corporate, as they sale alot of ext warranty and never heard that shipping is not covered on such a expensive warranty from ****** *****, beware of ****** ***** trying to rob customers., they should not be in busyness doing this to customer, any other extended warranty company, covers parts, labor and shipping. it is the right thing to do.

I purchased the tire and wheel service from a range rover dealership for $3,500. I needed my rims painted because of scrapes. I called on Friday before doing the wheels on Saturday and was told it was covered just send over the receipt. When I submitted a $600 receipt it was denied but no one called or email to tell me it was denied. I called CornerStone to find out the status and was told that my claim was denied. I asked about getting approved for a set of new tire and was told that I could only get new tires if something happened while driving; ware and tear was not included in the contract. Tires go bald from driving. Is that not ware and tear? This is a big scam. I DO NOT recommend you purchase any warranties from this company. I am cancelling my contract and getting back whatever money is left on the contract since I have to purchase thing on my own. Thank you!***************************

I gave 1 star because there is no option for a negative 1 star. I purchased this warranty when I purchased my used vehicle. Unfortunately I had to use it for an engine issue. This company made the mechanic take the entire engine apart when the mechanic explained what the situation was and what was wrong with the engine and that it wasn't necessary to do that because it was going to take longer to fix. The mechanic said it would be a waste of time. It took so long that the mechanic billed me for storage fees. I spoke with the warranty company and they said they don't cover storage fees but it's because of them that I am being charged this huge bill. The mechanic had stated that it wouldn't be too long to fix the engine but because the warranty insisted on having the entire engine taken apart and the time it to for someone to inspect it and give the mechanic the go ahead to repair it, he has to charge storage fees. It's been over 1 month that he's had my vehicle. This is ridiculous. I wish I would've known or found a better warranty coverage. I am stuck paying an unnecessary bill when I don't even have the money for it. To top it off, I shouldn't be having to repair an engine to vehicle I just purchased 1 year ago. Do not purchase warranty from this company. I really hope people are reading the reviews, as I should've been. ****** learned the hard way.

In January 2022, we purchased a used 2019 Winnebago Travato from ***************** in ***** **. We purchased an extended warranty for the vehicle with Cornerstone United. The vehicle had ***** miles when we picked it up. We have put less than ***** miles on it since then. We brought it to a Ram dealership for a recall, and to have the engine ** repaired in July 2023 and CornerStone did pay for the ** repair. In November 2023 while driving, the belt for the second alternator broke, and we brought the ** back to General ** Center. The ** had 2 alternators, one that charges the engine battery, and one that charges Lithium Ion batteries that is able to power the ** appliances, and 120 ** outlets. We had to wait for Cornerstone to approve the repairs to the alternator, and Cornerstone denied the repair.General ** quoted us a price of almost $11000 for parts and labor to fix the issue.CornerStone's reason for denial was "denied for other reason," and I believe that Cornerstone is claiming that we had work performed on the vehicle that voided the warranty. This is false. We have only brought the ** to a Ram dealership or the ** dealership that we originally bought it from. The Statement for the denial does not satisfy ******* state statute for claim denial. If the non-covered drive belt failed then it should be fixed. Identification of the vehicular problem is insufficient specific grounds required by law.

Absolutely the biggest SCAM artist in the insurance industry which is saying something. They mix lines together to say what they want and deny claims in minutes which PROVES they never intended to look at them anyway
