On July 2nd 2024 I went to jiffy lube on ***************** in ****************. Store #. 131. Got the signature service on my 2022 ***** CR-V. $130.00. ***** has 30 thousand miles still under manufacturers warranty. Got home looked underneath the car and saw they did not replace 6 fasteners that hold the skid plate on. Then looked at the receipt and saw they put the wrong oil in the *****. Called the manager , ***** and he said its ok. Dont worry about it. Sent corporate a email and was apologized too. I asked for a refund and was sent a legal liability damage release form to sign and instead of mailing a check they want my banking info for a ACH payment. They cant even get the oil right and they want my bank account info. Right ! I will not sign anything. Its their negligence. Their lack of training and lack of real customer service. Bottom line is I will eat the cost of this oil change and never recommend this company to anyone. And if my engine blows up they will be held liable. Note: if you go to Jiffy Lube. Take your lawyer. That is the kind of business they are. Shameful. Not how we do business in *******.Jiffy Lube

I went in for a state inspection. Within a few minutes, one of the customer service agents came into the waiting room to tell me that my coolant was direly low and that a) a coolant flush for $199 was needed and b) my car would not pass inspection without it. I asked for a moment and called my usual mechanic, who had serviced the car one month earlier. He told me that a car could not fail inspection for this reason and that I should swing by to check things out. I then told the JiffyLube rep that I didn't want the flush and was going to take the car to my usual place. Surprise! Within minutes, he came back to tell me that the car passed inspection after all. I went directly to my mechanic's, where I learned that the coolant was a little low but nothing of concern. He topped it off for free. I 100% believe that Jiffy Lube was trying to take advantage of -- and profit from -- my being a woman, assuming I know nothing about cars and that I would agree to this unnecessary service.Jiffy Lube

My skid plate (heavy, 1/8 inch metal plate) came partially undone after not being installed correctly - the front part angled down towards the ground and the back still attached to the truck, while on the freeway (at high speed). When attempting to contact their manager he did not apologize, attempted to argue with me that this was not a dangerous situation, and simply would have been destroyed had I hit a bump, etc., and offered a free oil change next time I come in, and to replace the bolts that came undone... I followed up with corporate office and was given an apology as well as a promise to ensure safety protocols were put in place so this wouldn't occur again (which there are currently no safety protocols for skidplates). Unsure if these safety protocols will be reinforced.Jiffy Lube

I went to Jiffy Lube for an oil change, and after that my car displayed a message saying that the oil level was too high and after doing research, I learned that this could absolutely ruin my car. I checked my oil myself, and the level was extremely high and beyond the ordinary. I am very upset about this as a simple oil change is difficult to mess up. I was also charged $140 for this visit and did not have a choice in the oil I wanted. Prior to this, I was able to choose the oil and the pricing was much cheaper. Unfortunately, this is led me to believe that the service was performed to scam me out of my money. I don't believe I will be taking my car to Jiffy Lube again.Jiffy Lube

Went in for in oil change at the location for ************* in ************** and they missed up my oil filter housing when they replaced my oil filter. Another location that I had to take my car to is trying to fix the issue but the original location owned by the same franchise is not doing anything. Im getting lawyers involved if nothing is done by Wednesday.Jiffy Lube

We have received the information from ************** concerning his Jiffy Lube service with his 2015 Jeep Renegade on June 7th. According to our companys records, the June 7th service was the first time this vehicle has been serviced at any of our companys Jiffy Lube locations. After receiving the letter from your office, I personally spoke with two of our companys district managers regarding Mr. ****** Jeep. Our Jiffy Lube employees at the store in ******, ** were able to inspect Mr. ****** Jeep and determined the oil filter housing was not leaking oil when they inspected it. The oil leak appeared to be coming from the backside of the engine. They were not able to determine with certainty the exact origin of the oil leak, but oil may be leaking from the cylinder head or valve cover. Please have ************** have a full service mechanic diagnose the oil leak on his Jeep Renegade and contact our office if it is determined the Jiffy Lube service on June 7th was negligent in any way.We value Mr. ****** business and understand how frustrating automotive problems can be. Furthermore, we realize that we are human and sometimes make mistakes. However, I hope you understand that we cannot pay for damages until we have verified the cause of failure. Yesterday I called for an inspection and was told by **** the system is down. Today, the next day, I was told they were doing inspections again to come on in. I get there in 11 minutes according to my gps and was told by an attendant they are out of inspection stickers. I called **** and asked him about the stickers and he told me again the system is down. I told him I just called him and he said it was up and running. He said Im sorry were out of stickers. Well which is it? Out of stickers or system is down. As I was leaving the building there was another customer who got threatened by a worker and was told he should leave before getting his a** beat when in no way that I could tell this was even close to being appropriate. Now I dont know what kind of business runs like this but people should know what kind of place this is. Every review Ive read anywhere on this place is horrible I just wish I had read them before I tried to get my vehicle looked at.Jiffy Lube

Like others, I went in for a serpentine belt replacement. My battery light came on within a couple miles of leaving the shop. I called them the next day to see if I could have them check it out, they told me to drive to the shop or they would send a tow. I tried to drive and made it 2 miles before my car completely died. I called for the promised tow and the tech told me they couldn't send one because the ** wasn't there. (Come to find out, they promised a tow they would never actually send.)I privately towed my car there, found out that the tension spring was broken and they charged me $275 to fix the break that was most likely caused by their poor install of the serpentine belt. ** was no help and unwilling to meet me at any middle point.Jiffy Lube

Of course, there is no way of knowing if the belt tensioner needs to be replaced without removing the serpentine belt first. Shortly after the Jiffy Lube employees replaced the serpentine belt on May 12th it was discovered the belt tensioner was bad. On a customer relations basis, ************* was given a $25 discount to replace the belt tensioner on the May 13th invoice. Unfortunately, when fixing mechanical components on older vehicles sometimes more than one part fails and must be replaced. Went in for a serpentine belt change. They made it WORSE. Screeching sound and my car was given back to me with the battery light on. I had no battery issues until they gave me back my car. Disputed it and they "fixed" the issue but now the belt is making noises again after a month. Not bothering with going back. This company should not operateJiffy Lube

70 year old woman. I need oil service for vehicle that I may trust. NOT JIFFY LUBE IN ********** MS *** 10 years I've gone to ********************** in *************. 3 years ago I was referred to corinth ms ********************** manager over both locations about tires. I said if my old car continued driving okay I was going to get tires for it. Manager at ******* gave me a discount coupon for oil change. My auto repair man checked out entire vehicle telling me I should just get newer car before too long as it would probably begin needing repairs. So some weeks later I took it to jiffy to get oil change but did not get tires. A couple months later I sold car, as is, explaining it's old and would begin needing all kinds little repairs even if engine good from keeping oil changed.I bought a newer used car. My mechanic says it's in really really good working order. Now everytime I go into ********************** they tell me a repair is needed and that they will do it at what is a huge cost. Last time my mechanic said someone's been vandalizing your car. So next time I went to jiffy I watched service guys from the side and caught them loosening hoses and cutting things. I called them out on it and manager said, do you need tires "you know you got a discount oil change coupon because you were suppose to get tires" I said that was 3 years ago and I sold that car.
