This is a scam that counts on you to not read the fine print of the so-called agreement. They claim to send you a free sample in the mail, then before the sample even arrives, you are already charged the shipping (only mentioned in the very fine print). You are placed in a subscription without notification. If you don't check your credit card, you wouldn't even know about the subscription! When I called to cancel, I was told that "the agreement" specified that if you didn't cancel within 14 days, you are automatically enrolled in the subscription. This all happened before I even received the trial bottle!

FANTASTIC SUPPLEMENT. Has been a game changer for both me and my husband for better digestion and sleep support. Recommended by our gastro doctor whose family members all use this product, we've been taking this product for more than a year. Unlike prescription melatonin at 10mg or more there are no nightmare side effects to the melatonin, but does have positive effects for restful and longer sleep. I wanted to cancel an order of Instaflex after I ordered a free sample on ******** because I was in a hurry and didnt realize that a subscription would follow. I contacted them and had a totally impossible conversation with their agent. I told him I wanted to cancel the free sample and everything. He spoke on and repeated the same things about the product and tried to get me not to cancel. I would say again that I wanted to cancel and then he would go on and on again. He did it for 20 minutes or more. He finally canceled the order. He could have canceled it the first time I asked. Very poor customer service!!Direct Digital, LLC

Peptive offered a free sample of their new product. Me and several others were totally unaware that I was responsible for cancelled the free trial. My stupidity, for not checking on my credit card statement. I was charged, over a 6 month period, $395.88! Even if I had wanted to continue receiving this product, I never would have paid $65.98 for a 2 week supply if this junk!! Someone needs to stop this scam and I need my $$$$$ back!Direct Digital, LLC

The company gives you 2 weeks to cancel product, but the product doesn't show up until 3+ weeks after ordered. I didn't know if the product worked or not. It didn't work, after 1 week. I called to cancel and in the meantime they sent me more for $79. I called them, canceled item and returning item for a refund. They need to change their policy to possibly cancel after 2 weeks of receiving product, not 2 weeks of ordering it.Direct Digital, LLC

I ordered a sample of Peptiva for my friend. I regret doing that. I never would have signed up for an autoshipment no matter how much time I would have to change my mind. I received the sample and gave it to my friend. Then I received another box with only an address, so I stupidly opened the package, thinking it must be a mistake I was sent another sample and gave it to another friend. Then I saw my credit card statement with the charges. By this time, I was charged for 2 boxes at $65.68 each plus the $5.99. Called PayPal and they removed one charge, but asked me to call the company. I tried several times, but no answer and got charged again. Today, I was connected. The rep claims I checked the box for the autoshipment, but must be cancelled in 18 days. They sent an email, she said. I don't use the email she had on file and I certainly didn't put an email I don't use. They even had the wrong phone number on file...from where? Another box arrived with no identifiable information on the package. I got smart, and didn't open it, sent it back "return to sender". The Supervisor argued with me about a refund. I need to send another box back. Apparently, this company has scammed many people as I read the reviews. Supervisor said the terms were NOT in fine print. This company should have their license revoked! They don't deserve even one star for scamming so many people! Shame on you!Direct Digital, LLC
