Worst customer service ever. I canceled a subscription that I wasnt told when getting a free trial was gonna be reoccurring charges. Thats fine canceled. My biggest concern is Nugenix is all about getting their money right away but when I went back three bottles of unopened product I had to pay to ship it after I was told they covered it. Ok no biggie Ill get that back. I contacted customer service yet again they have their product and Im on day 3 now of no refuse for all product and shipping costs and all I get told is there is nothing I can do for you have a good day. Why cant I get my refund right away after its been verified you have it but yet yall are all about taking money right away. I want my 200 bucks back nowDirect Digital, LLC

We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience. We received a call from you requesting cancellation of your account and a refund for the products on 9/28/2022. Your account was cancelled indefinitely on 9/28/2022 and you were issued two RMA numbers to return the products back to our warehouse. As of 10/10/2022 a full product refund (including S&P) was issued to your account when the products were received at our warehouse. I canceled my free trial last month and had the verification sent to me via email but was charged again this month and was sent more of their product I didn't want I have recently had major surgery and cannot drive. They insist I return this c*** in order to receive a refund What a crooked company. I suggest nobody ever signs up for this EVER!Direct Digital, LLC

I signed up in late July for a free trial Nugenix subscription. I knew full well I had until the middle of August to cancel or be billed. Half way into my trial, still no product or shipping information. I cancelled Nugenix that day and received verification from the company of my intent to cancel. They however told me that they couldn't cancel until 24 hours after my product ships. Fine. Well here we are in the middle of August. No product, no shipping information. Nugenix just tried to **** my card for the recurring subscription amount. Thankfully it was blocked as fraud. This company could do a whole lot better with their logistics, or at least allow billing cancellation before product shipment when they are going to be this slow about it.Direct Digital, LLC

Upon our review, you signed up for an 18-day trial of Nugenix on 7/28/22 and you emailed customer service to cancel on August 4, 2022, prior to receiving your trial. We sincerely apologize that the customer service agent failed to cancel your account at that time resulting in a subsequent charge. This agent has been retrained and coached on the protocols regarding cancellation of trial and recurring orders, which should have happened immediately. We strive to be clear with our products and disclosures and take compliance very seriously. As of September 1, 2022, we have issued a full refund for the trial product for your trouble, and your account has been cancelled indefinitely. Same as other reviews. It is a scam. Repeatedly bilked out of monthly sum. had to change billing criteria (cancel my card) to halt being billed $81.87 each month for product I used the one time.Direct Digital, LLC

As with complaints previously filed -- this is a scam. When you order trial sample and pay for shipping and handling, they automatically sign you up for expensive monthly shipments charged to your credit card. The shipments are delivered without any information that can be used to contact company, VERY unethical business practices!Direct Digital, LLC

In signing up for a sample you were required to check a box immediately next to the checkout button agreeing to the terms and conditions. Every purchase is also followed by a receipt email that once again outlines all of the terms of the trial and the company's customer service contact information in several FAQs. Each product bottle also has the contact phone number on the back. If you have any questions or would like to return any unopened products please feel free to contact our customer service anytime at the number on the back. You are still eligible for a full refund. I signed up for a sample of Peptiva. I received that sample but then received auto-shipments of the product without my express permission. After you sign up for the sample, that was not helpful to me, they send a "confirmation email" in which they tell you that you have a short time period to cancel before they send the auto-shipments which are not cheap. This is deceitful and intentionally misleading. If they were not being deceitful, they would notify you at the time of your sample request that they will be auto-shipping.Direct Digital, LLC

They purposefully do not send you any Peptiva order confirmation details so you don't know if your order went through and/or how to contact them to cancel the subscription. The initial trial sample does not arrive until after they start charging you for the subscription so there's no way to try the product without committing to at least one month of the exorbitant subscription price. Shipping takes forever and there's no tracking. They tell you you can return it for a refund-but what if it never arrives? It's been nearly a month and there's no sign of the "subscription" product.Direct Digital, LLC

We are sorry you feel you had a poor experience. As you know, you signed up for a trial of Peptiva on 5/14/2022. The trial product was tracked delivered by **** on 5/20/2022 (Tracking # *********************). You were billed for the first monthly shipment on 6/2/22, and the product was delivered on 6/7/2022 (**** Tracking # **********************). We received an email from you on 06/14/2022 requesting cancellation, and your account was cancelled indefinitely on 06/15/2022. On 06/24/2022 we received another email from you requesting a refund and you were e-mailed with an RMA number and return instructions on 6/26/2022. As of 7/20/2022 a full refund was processed including S&P. We trust a full refund resolves this complaint, but if not please feel free to call or email customer service any time with additional questions.
