I had a new HVAC system installed today. ************ did a great installation job! Both were very professional, very friendly. The entire area of the unit is nice and neat and clean. Also, want to give a shout out to ***** who has worked on my old unit over the past few years. I knew it was about time for a replacement and he helped me through the process of getting the new one. Had new air conditioners installed yesterday by Horne Heating and Air Conditioning, **** ********** and his co-worker did a great job while dealing with nasty conditions given all the rain we had the past 2 days. Excellent service! The furnace for our first floor went out on Thursday, Horne's technician arrived on Friday, identified our issue and ordered a new furnace before leaving our home. On Tuesday the following week ***** and **** arrived with our new furnace, which was up and running in no time! Both technicians were professional, punctual, organized and informative. Horne Heating & Air Conditioning is tremendous. We have been a customer for many years. We recently had a new system installed and it went very smoothly. Their employees are so courteous. ***** and **** did our installation. They were on time, professional, and completed our installation in one day. The crew at Horne Heating & Air Conditioning did a wonderful job for us. They replaced our system and all of our duct work. They were prompt and courteous. **************************, ******************** and **** got the job done fast, too. We've been with Horne since we moved in to our house in 2016. All of our experience with them for both purchases and diagnosis/repair has been positive. Most recently, **** was ************** for installation of a new heating unit. **** was extremely positive, knowledgeable and and professional in his work with both ****** and ****, as they installed and followed up on our major purchase. **************** with experienced technicians that care about the customer.
