We have been a customer of ********************** HVAC for many years and recently had them replace our HVAC system. The replacement was competitively priced, quickly installed and the workmanship fantastic. ****** *. just completed the after-installation inspection quickly in anticipation of the county inspection and found the installation flawless. it has been a treat to work with all of the Horne HVAC employees.

Been with Horne a long time. so when it came time for a new furnace and water heater, was an easy choice. Rene and Jose arrived to do the install on Monday, arrived on time and ready to get to work. Rene walked me through the work plan, and they went to work. Excellent job done by these guys, kept me informed of what was going on, and seems like no time before they were done. They checked out the units installed, and we were ready to go. Follow up work to be done ( duct cleaning ), and really hope these guys are part of the team to do it. Very professional and knowledgeable. Will continue to use Horne, appreciate the fact they are local, and been in business a long time.Horne Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Bad experience!!! Get all in writing if you decide to have them do the service. We agreed in one price and they increased that number, by a lot, at the "completion" of the job. On top of everything, I am having to pay someone else to fix the problem. Not recommend!!!Horne Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

We understand that despite our efforts, you experienced a leak a week later. In ******* invoice, he noted that there were still some issues and the work we completed on July 27th was a fix to a bigger issue. To address your concerns, we would like to send a seasoned technician to your location at no charge to inspect your system.Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we are committed to making this right. Horne has serviced our homes for over 20 years, going back to when they were known as Quality Comfort. They have always been courteous and performed good work. I recently had ******* and **** come in and install a new Heat pump/AC unit in our upstairs bonus room. They were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves, their work was neat and well done and never hesitated to answer a question.**** was also the technician when we had the downstairs Heat pump/AC replaced a few months ago. Again, very good and neat work. In addition, the staff at the main office is always polite. I know Horne may not be the least expensive HVAC service, but they are one of the best. You get what you pay for. We are in ************, **Horne Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

Had my twice yearly checkup done last week, and the tech sent out, *********************, was very thorough and took his time doing the wash and clean, and checking the systems.Excellent job !! I've been with Horne a long time, they are local, been in business a long time, and never fail to provide excellent service. had a new system installed in July for $16,000.00 and had close to ten service calls since then. They finally had to replace the entire system like I requested from the beginning but only was done due to damaged parts. Since then we have had several more system problems. We feel that we have been taken advantage of due to our age and we have requested a meeting with the owner but he refuses to meet us. Horne Heating and Air recently installed a new HVAC system in our home. ************, ***** and ************ provided excellent service! They answered all our questions with courtesy and made sure they cleaned ** after every trip in and out of our home. They completed the job on time and in good order! In addition Destiny provides great service on our units every six months. She is a professional in every way and we are very pleased with our service! We have been a Horne customer for many years and are continually pleased with their attention to detail!
