    Prompt response to service request. Honest evaluation of problems with air conditioning. Timely repair with parts in truck. Friendly repair associate, communicated needed repairs in an understandable manner. Have use Acosta for years.

    Acosta Heating, Cooling & Electrical, please help us understand how it is possible that two brand new units have needed compressor motors and fan motors replaced, called last week to speak to Lauren ********************** Huckleberry, was told we would receive a call on Friday, never heard from anyone. Called today to speak to ****** and again was told she is no where to be found and was transferred to a service tech who told me the part that is supposed to be there today is not and it may be tomorrow. On top of all of this, the tech last week told me it would be a $1000 labor for the motor of brand new unit unless he could get his manager to agree to let us join the ********************* that supposedly we declined, but we did not. $30,000 is a hefty price to receive a runaround, incredibly poor service, poor quality units and to become members of a not so comfortable *************

    We apologize for any issues you have experienced and appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process as we worked towards a resolution. The agreement that we have entered into is that should you continue with regular maintenance visits and an active Acosta Club Membership, we will back date your Acosta Labor Warranty coverage and you will receive all of the benefits of that for 5 years from the original install date. We understand that it is frustrating when your equipment fails. Unfortunately, we cannot always control the performance of the equipment, as we did not manufacture it ourselves. The Acosta Labor Warranty was created to provide peace of mind to our customers and as a way to protect their investment. It is our way of standing behind the equipment we haven chosen to represent, because we understand that sometimes, even with the best brands and a quality installation, there are mechanical failures. Thank you for being a valued customer and we are glad we could reach a satisfactory resolution. If you have any further questions, please call the office and ask for our Service Manager, who will be able to assist you with anything that you need.

    I purchased a completed heating and cooling system in April of 2024. I had some quality control issues (lose wires not tied, trash left in the yard, damage to door frame, solder damage to floor, random 3"screw sticking out of the middle side of the new furnace. Also, I was also promised 1 thermostat and a refund for the original service call. The technician said that since I was replacing the **** system, Acosta would refund the service call. ********************************* was the sales person and was so attentive pre-sale close. Called me right back if he missed my call and was so polite. Well, that s*** changed as soon as the work was completed. Trying to correct the above-mentioned issues was a joke! I called at least 6 times and left 3 voice messages to no avail. Maybe he no longer works for this s*** company! I called the main number and spoke to ********.Explained my situation and he said he would have someone call me. No call and been a week. So, I called 5/7/2024 and spoke to ******** again. I said I wanted to speak to a sales mgr. ******** said he would relay the message. No call again! I called today 5/8/24 and asked to speak to a GM or someone in charge. I called this morning, and guess what? No call!! This is no Joke and I am not making this s*** up. MY RECOMMENDATION TO ANYONE READING THIS REVIEW.....RUN DONT WALK FROM THIS **** POOR RUN COMPANY!!! THERE ARE TOO MANY OTHER **** COMPANYS IN THE ********* AREA. ACOSTA WILL DO ANYTHING AND SAY ANYTHING PRESALE. POST SALE, THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
