Cooling unit stopped working this weekend. Acosta was called on Sunday to service the air conditioner. They were quick to respond and willing to make scheduling changes. Prior to the technicians arrival, a text message was sent with a photo and brief description of the technician. The tech was prompt and knew exactly what service needed to be done. This is ******,My technician was very knowledgeable about fixing my air conditioning. The service was quick, my appointment was quick and I have no complaints about anything. They were very respectful of my property. They explain everything that was going on with my AC unit and also gave me helpful hints on protecting my home from power outages that is triggering my breaker box.
