      We had an old cooktop that began to short out. We reset the breaker and everything seemed ok. However, the cooktop shorted out again and the breaker would not reset. Called OnTime and after a diagnosis, we came to realize that what we expected was a reality. The cooktop was gone and needed to be replaced. The OnTime electrician did what we asked him to do - disconnected the electrical feed capped it off along with our oven that was in another area. We feel safe now and very thankful that he did all he could to keep our home safe from what could have been a disaster. Once we get a new unit, they will return to reconnect. We have used OnTime for the past 6 years and have always been satisfied.******************

      *************************** installed three new light fixtures. On a second trip he determined that a bad breaker was the cause of a switch not working. He is obviously a professional. On both occasions he worked quickly and got the job done. I am happy with the outcome on both visits. On Time Electrical is reliable although a bit on the expensive side. However, I am confident that I can count on them for electrical service.

      My technician arrived on time, was clean and courteous and took care of the job in about 10 minutes. This was something of an emergency on a Sunday morning and while I was grateful for the assistance, I think the $500+ charge was practically Highway robbery.

      ***** did an excellent job installing two new tvs. **************** and Roku. He was very knowledgeable about what mount/boxes to use and also installed two new outlets for the tvs too. I highly recommend him for your job.
