      Ironically not on time, the electrician was over 2 hours late to repair our downed service line due to double booking. Receptionists and dispatchers were not forthcoming about the delay; they did not notify us. After several calls, they could not provide an ETA until I mentioned freezing the deposit check. The late arrival resulted in project completion after inspection hours, so my family is without power for yet another night. I chose On Time with the belief they would provide prompt, honest service for an urgent matter. Clearly, this was not the case. While the electricians were professional, I am severely disappointed with ****************** and would not recommend their services.

      *** was very professional and courteous. He explained the process and recommended service to comply with accepted business standards and City Code. I trust his proposal and we agreed to the job. We are very pleased with quality of work performed and clean up. We discussed a few modifications and he handled my request. One of the best technicians weve had at our home. Thank you.
