    My name is **** and I run a small electrical company in ********** ky . This was the 3rd company that I have used to try to get Buisness . I gave Townsquare about 4 months to perform and they did absolutely nothing . They always say will run search engine optimization and you will be moving up on people searching for you , I have actually falling in rankings and was #1 or 2 where I live before they took over .. Now Im 6 to 8 . I havent received one phone call or message about jobs from them taking over These people have reviews from people they know or friends that leave good reviews !!! Its sad that they took 250 a month from me and didnt do anything they said Think about it , if they have 100 people giving them 250 a month thats ****** a month think about 1000 people!!! 95 % of all these marketing companys are 20 year olds in college looking for income or a foreigner

    They took my money, lied to me about there were no contracts and no credit card processing fees. Then when I tried to cancel they completely ignored me and won't return my phone calls or emails. I want my $500 back!

On 10/23/2024 you spoke with a representative who assisted in the cancellation of your account. Unfortunately, the reason you were denied a refund is due to the fact our team spent time and resources on onboarding your and starting your site build out. We would be more than happy to get on a call and explain this further so there is no confusion moving forward.

    Your information is incorrect! I had one demo, and then the payment was taken, I was then instructed to transfer my information over and was told there would be no credit card processing fees and transferring my information such as clients, bookings, and invoice data would be seamless. Both were lies. There is a 3% credit card processing fee and only clients can be seamlessly transferred over. I never spoke to anyone except the salesman and the onboarding demo *** ONCE! I then continued every other call with I do not want this service and have not heard back from any ***resentative about canceling. They all responded with "They would forward my request and I would hear back from someone with in ***** hours." No one reached out. This is a pure example of being ripped off. I knew in my gut I shouldn't have attempted this switch and ****** learned. This company is awful. **************** is even worse.

    This company is a bunch of crooks.. They stole $694.00 from my account without my permission or my consent and when I tried to contact them they gave me the run around and hung up on me. They never produced anything that would be equivalent to two months of work.. no website, no itinerary, Nothing but thievery and lies!I highly recommend not dealing with this company or you'll get ripped off too. "*****" the financial department manager, straight out lied about returning my money then stole money out of my account and said they will not return my money.. I am suing them for punitive damages, and stress caused by them taking the money i was going to pay another company for developing my rideshare app that they jeopardized the production of..

Once you sign up with Townsquare, you sign up for a month-to-month service, meaning you can cancel at any point - however, every account is set up on an auto-billing cycle.     Stay away from this company. The 5-star reviews you are seeing have to be fake. Dont be fooled. They are sneaky and will rake as much money as they can out of you. I was naive and didnt research this company before going with them.

    I've never had such an unprofessional experience with a company before. Their overall service is a scam and they provide ads that are inaccurate, they have no SEO skills, they completely downed my companies ****** rating and refused to take accountability for any of it. Also I request a refund and documentation of the skills they provided for my company and they had almost zero forms of metrics or data and it took almost a month of going back and forth with ***** before she issued a refund for one month when they stopped giving us service 7 months ago while we paid for all 7 months. Overall stay away this company is bad bad news.
