      Cspire is horrible to deal with. I had been a customer for many years. When I cancelled service and asked for my number to be ported to my new service they drug their feet for well over week. They purposely make it difficult to change service.

Please be aware the safety protocol verifications that are put in place are for your safety and to prevent fraud. Our process is consistent with other carriers and consistent with federal guidelines. Should you need any further assistance please reach out to us and we will guide you through what is needed. We certainly regret that you left us for another carrier and hope you will reconsider C Spire in the future.

      C Spire is the worst company ever when it comes to their representatives and selling business products. We are a new company, we talked to a representative about signing up for Microsoft email services, we stressed the importance of us not going over a certain amount because we could get service directly through Microsoft for roughly $60. We only signed up through C Spire because we are a medical facility, they stated they could protect our email service and our customers' privacy. Come to find out, when we received our first bill, we are paying roughly $500/month for this service. Do you know how that can kill a new small businesses monthly budget? And for email service! We tried to talk to the representative who signed us up for the service but apparently, he no longer works for the company. Even though we tried to explain the situation to ***** ****, ***** ********** and *****, we got nowhere. ***** was just very rude about the entire situation. We not only signed up for email service but at the same time we signed a contract for internet and phone service for our 3 new locations. Again, we were promised a dream that C Spire could not deliver on. We were told there would be no upfront cost, but now C Spire is saying we owe a third-party vendor, *******, $500 for having wire dropped for them to come and install internet and phone service. This is not for all three locations. This is just for one location. No where in our contract does it states we are responsible for having wires dropped. Again, we had to deal with *****, and he stated this is common practice for C Spire. How in the world are we as a consumer supposed to know C Spire's common practices if it's not in the contract and if their representative is telling us there are no upfront cost. Please do not do business with this company. Call Comcast, AT&T or any other company; if not you will be sorry that you ever signed a contract with them, and you'll be paying for an attorney. So shady!

      C Spire sent an email to me advertising an upgrade from 1 Gbps internet to 2 Gbps. I signed up for the upgrade. Turns out they gave me a router that would only do 1 Gbps over Ethernet. Didn’t know that until a few days later. Called and had a service tech come out. Said he would get my service changed back to 1Gbps. On my account it now shows my service as 2Gbps in one place and 1 Gbps the other. Of course they have billed me 3 months for 2 Gbps service. Never got 2 Gbps. Spent hours trying to sort this out. Now have to spend more time on the billing issue.

      They destroyed my yard twice installing the fiber optic cable including cutting my utilities all save power. I was forced by availability to go with their service. It has been less than optimal. What I pay for as to internet speed varies widely over course of the day. I frequently lose wifi to my phone in my house. It’s the better of 3 poor options. AT&T is the worst followed by Spectrum. As to customer service, it is abysmal.

      Horrible customer service. Gave me someone else phone number. Took over 3 hours of my time to correct. Don’t know what data was breached. Was offered a 5 dollar bill credit for 3 hours wasted. Cspire is trash

      Cspire is a RIP off for several reasons! One, they cancel old plans regardless of how long the customer has had the plan therefore, adding bogus apps that work to further outdate data bites- yeah, cutting off the data and turning it on when they choose, long fter the cycle date. Two, it is completely wrong to force a customer to choose a higher priced plan. What about if a customer is not ready to switch plans? That would initiate an infringement on one's Freedom of Choice.
