    I paid QEC in full for a 22kv Generac generator on 7/31/23. They came out immediately and installed the plumbing and electrical. I called, left messages but no return calls to see when they were going to complete the job. When I finally got in touch with them, they gave me some completion dates but that never happened. The last completion day given was Friday 12/22/23. The excuses for not delivering is too numerous to mention. Five months and I haven’t received a generator yet. I should have done more research on them prior to purchasing. If the service before installation is this bad, I’ll have to be prepared for after the sale. Bottom line I’d love to have my money back.
