I had an issue with one of my wheel was cracked on my Aero Pilates machine, **************** specialist #* helped me with my issue. She was very patient and helped me figure out which machine I had, additionally she assisted me with my order. The reason a person buys one product instead of another is the customer service. If I have a problem I want to know I call somewhere that can assist me. Thanks again!

Stamina customer service is excellent. My order arrived with damaged parts. I contacted customer service. ************* Specialist #4 promptly responded to my email and found the replacements quickly. I received my new parts within a few days. My wife has the Stamina **** bike, and after experiencing issues with the belt and loud noises that occured after changing the belt, the customer service department was excellent in addressing the matter. They forwarded the issue to tech support, and after communicating back and forth with them to find the cause, they issued a replacement bike. ****** and the customer service team responded promptly and were professional in the manner they handled the situation. I was personally and professionally handled by ******* She was able to answer all of my questions, and complete an order for replacement parts for my Stamina Aero Pilates reformer. I bought and registered my Stamina Airgometer bike May 15th, and initially it was great. Gradually, the bolts began to loosen, and no matter what I did, I could not keep them tight to the point of riding for 5 minutes and they'd be ready to fall off even with loctite. I called ************* 8 (******) asking for ideas on how to keep them tight. She sent me a claim form and I filled it out and sent photos. Three days later they approve a replacement. It arrived while I was on vacation. Taking it out of the box I found the bike itself was damaged in shipment and could not be used. I took a photo and sent it to her. OMG they sent another bike. Over the top customer service. I appreciate the help they gave me and the prompt reply to any communication I sent. Thank you!Stamina Products Inc.

We've had the Stamina mini fitness trampoline for five years. I have three sons and they all enjoy jumping on it and using it in various obstacle courses around the house. It kept us sane during the Covid lockdown! After five years of steady use and abuse, the trampoline is still going strong, but the cover is ripping. I contacted customer service and they responded right away. Customer Service Specialist #4 was friendly and helpful, and found us a new cover easily. Thank you!Stamina Products Inc.

****** with **************** was awesome - She helped me track down the reason why my bike seat was slipping - sent over the manual - talked it through and even got engineers involved - then sent me to where I can purchase the part - Excellent customer service - which is a breath of fresh air in today's world! Contacted Stamina to purchase replacement rollers for an older Pilates reformer that required a special extra part. I spoke with a customer service agent who requested photos to ensure the parts fit. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. I received the items quickly and now my reformer rolls like new. Thank you Stamina!Stamina Products Inc.
