      Apparently Enterprise no longer does the pickup/drop off, but they are still advertising it. Unless I have no other options, I will never rent from them and I would advise everyone considering them to find a different rental company or make other arrangements through family or friends.

      The location I was stuck with is located at *************************************************************. I was given a vehicle that had 1/8th tank of fuel, after a week the engine light came on so I asked if I could return it, they agreed and provided me with another vehicle, also with 1/8th tank of fuel. This vehicle had a bad transmission and was not safe to be on the road, it stopped several times on my way to take my kids to school. I ended up being put through a circus to get help. Eventually I got a rental from the *************. After the rental was returned, this location charged me for tolls that were not from me. i had my sunpass in the windshield the entire time I had the rental and was charged for each toll I went through. I called this location for help but they refused to talk about my account at all. Maybe they are upset that I left a 1 star review and they believe they are entitled to not speaking to a customer of theirs. Whatever their problem is, they provided unsafe vehicles to me multiple times and they do not care enough to fix their wrongdoings. I reached out to the local news, that is how severe this complain it. They nearly cost the lives of me and my family because of their incompetence. I will reach out to law enforcement next.

We appreciate the feedback so that we can better serve Mr. Karpiel and all of our renters in the future. We look forward to Mr. Karpiel renting with us again so that we can provide excellent customer service on his next rental.

      First, I want to thank you for responding to my complaint. Unfortunately the employees at the Hollywood location still have refused to lift a finger to make anything right with the massive problems they created. The deposit for the vehicle that was returned over a month ago still has not been released. The employees at that location still have not refunded the toll charges that were not valid. They still have not apologized for their incompetence, unprofessional-ism and just being horrible people. The person I spoke with from the regional office sounded sincere in wanting to resolve this issue, but obviously to resolve a problem of this nature, you need to fire people that are not capable of working with the general public and replacing them with people that care about their jobs and the customers that make their jobs possible in the first place. I have been to 2 other Enterprise locations since the horrific occurrence at the Hollywood location and have had a tremendous experience, all employees were very friendly and made me feel like a welcomed customer. Please, get rid of the filth at the Hollywood Florida location and replace them with people that are looking to move up in the Enterprise chain of command. That would be doing everyone a favor, the employees that hate Enterprise will finally be free of their fake obligation to "work" for your company, other employees seeking advancement can step in as new managers, the public that will rent from that location will finally have people there that are not looking to screw them because they (general public) inconvenience them (current loser employees) by showing up to give business to Enterprise. This is a serious problem that is single-handedly ruining the entire Enterprise Brand Name. I would seriously look into the people that work their because they could be relatives or employees, undercover from a competitor of Enterprise. Fix it for your own benefit. I personally will not go to that location again, because I found alternate locations that do not treat me the way the people did in Hollywood. But it would benefit anyone else and your company greatly. Good luck with this problem.

      Hello I am ************************* and I wanted to share the aweful experience I had today. Due to an accident that I was not at fault the insurance company set up a rental with Enterprise in ************** **. I called yesterday and spoke with a nice lady named ********************* that said for me to come in the following morning at 8am. So this morning at 8am I came to the office in **************, ** to pick up the rental and the lady at the counter (*********************) said I had no reservation. I told her I definately spoke to ****** and she told me to come and she said no mam you did not there is nothing in our computer and we have no rentals available. She kept persisting over and over infront of many customers that I was not telling the truth and that I did not speak to anyone there. FINALLY the lady ****** walked up and said yes she did talk to me and I told her to come in. ****** apologized for the mix up but not once did the lady ********************* ever apologize to me. She was short with me the entire interaction and even when I said it would of been nice to have an apology from you she refused to be courteous. This was a stressful and embarrassing situation. I would never want someone like that representing my company. I know its a hard and stressful time for everyone but noone should represent a company with an attitude like that. I will never forget how belittled I felt by her calling me a liar and then not getting an apology. Her manager apologized for her. I just know next time I need a rental I WILL NOT go back to enterprise if I can help it but especially that location.
