This enterprise location does not care about:1. Your time - our car was not ready at the pickup time. We were told, oh it will be ready in 5 minutes! About 27 times resulting in us waiting for over an hour.2. Your safety - despite waiting an hour, the inside of the car had crusty c*** all in the driver controls and seats, and the main rear view mirror was dangling by a thread from the windshield, unable to be adjusted.3. Your sanity - after waiting an hour, the lovely staff at enterprise asked me if Id still take the car if they could tape the mirror in ******** essentially the brilliant people at this location could care less of their pathetic vehicle caused injury to my entire family. What a joke.Review fromCindy O

Did not have a vehicle ready for a month old reservation and then sent me on a wild chase to 7 different locations that they claimed had the vehicle but never did. In the end they over charged me for the rental i did getand have been unable to get in contact with anyone at customer service who will do anything. The customer service representatives actively lie and do not do the things they claim. I have called 10+ times with the same claim that someone would call me back.Review fromAmanda B

VERY BAD customer service. I had a fleet reservation made yesterday afternoon and the fleet company said for me to call them directly because my rental was ready and they could pick me up. I called right before 3 pm and sat holding for 1 hour listening to a standard recording in a loop the whole time. As I sat holding after the first 15 minutes, I used a second phone to dial this location and still sat on hold. So then I did the online chat and was assured that the customer service *** sent them a direct message to call me about my reservation. I still sat on hold, so I took a 3rd phone I had access to and called the 800 enterprise number and was told by that ***resentative that she sent a direct message for them to call me and assured me they had plenty of time before closing to call me back. By this time I had been on hold almost 1 hour. It is now after 8:57 am the following day, and no phone call still. I am only 1 person, so my business as 1 person will not matter to this establishment. If it did, they would have a way to filter calls or have a system where you can get a call back in order to get picked up as they advertise. They obviously get plenty of business so my little inconvenience and review won't matter to them, but just beware if you need a pick up and try to call them. They false advertise and will not anwer or return a phone call.Review fromK'Leigh M.

When I purchased the rental agreement, I was emailed the price when I got to the rental place they agreed upon the price that I booked at and after I signed the agreement and drove off someone went back into the account and charged me $87 a day verses the $33 I was booked at. My charges went from $245 to $556 when I called and inquired about it, I was told a mistake was made and they would fix it. I didn't get the rate that was quoted it was slightly higher but at that point I was ok and agreed upon it. When renting from ************* they do not inform customers that there is a toll charge on top of the toll charge that enterprise charges, they charged my card 7 days after the trip $27.15 then a week later another charge of $21.60 came thru. I called them several times and tried to rectify this by asking them to remove my credit card off and give me a breakdown of the charges and they refuse to remove it. I was told they will charge my card from now all the way up to 8 weeks until they get, the money. If anyone is traveling to ********************* record your conversations with them as they tend to lie. And if you have damage waiver on your car, they will make you take it to a tire place to get fixed verses giving you another car or fixing it themselves. This was the worse experience of my life, and I use to love Enterprise, wouldn't trade them for anything in the world but this experience has left me never wanting to rent from them ever again. ********************* Wokers are liars, and I would check your agreement prior to driving off or make them give you a printed receipt!Review fromAl M.

Attempted to drop my 2024 ****** Camry for repairs at Caliber Collision for a confirmed rental reservation with ********************* twice at Enterprise. *********** upgraded to a full size sedan. Because of unprofessional customer service the first time with ********************** I made the reservations online and contacted Enterprise. Also, ********************* contacted them about the sedan. I arrived at ******* and informed them I would check with Enterprise before leaving the car. The confirmed reservations was at 12:00 pm but I arrived early and was told the only available vehicle would be a SUV. I had to repeatedly inform the associate that it was confirmed for a sedan and I would wait. He was even shown the confirmation. I waited in my vehicle for 45 minutes and went back in to finalize the transaction only to be told again SUV were the only ones available. Enterprise had been informed days in advance about the vehicle but still insisted that they were not going to fulfill the confirmed reservations after waiting 45 minutes and a total round trip driving of 44 miles on two occasions. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION because of unprofessional customer service skills and the negative attitude of the employee.Review fromAmnah K

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience. To pick up the car I had to walk down the actual car garage with no walkway which was incredibly unsafe because oncoming traffic would not be able to see me. The car brakes were clearly not maintained and made crunching noises as I was leaving the facility but I needed to get to my destination so I drove carefully. Upon return there was dirt on the car (natural from driving) and the return agent told me it was damage and that he had to report it. I received my itemized receipt and was charged for gas despite returning as obtained with pictures of proof. I called to have the amount refunded and was told I would receive the refund within a week. 2 weeks later I called back and they still had an open ticket and that I would get a resolution within 72 hours. I still have not received a refund and will never rent through enterprise again. I have been a long term Hertz customer and needed a car on a pinch but clearly this wasnt the right choice.Review fromSharronica H

First red flag was the woman assisting me with check in inquire if I have proof of the discount code I was using which is through my employer. (I did not and never had been asked this before in the past by any other enterprise Ive rented from.) Because I didnt have proof the lady states she will have to remove my discount code and Ill have to pay retail rate. My pricing went from $269 roughly to $380 roughly. I still moved forward with transaction. Checking out and as the woman notice I was leaving my vehicle she stated I cant leave my vehicle there. I was shocked by this as again this is the first time Ive come to this particular enterprise and learned you cannot leave your vehicle there in exchange of using their vehicle. I advised her I would have to come back with my wife as I was there alone. My wife called shortly after inquiring if vehicle could stay as there was other engagements planned and we did not plan ahead for a window to come back to enterprise and drop out our vehicle back off at home. The lady stated it was fine to leave the vehicle.Return of the vehicle learned that our vehicle had been towed. Enterprise was close when we arrived but a male was washing the vehicles and identified his self as a manger and provided us with the tow company information. All of this is going on from 6:05pm-6:30pm. Contacted the tow company and they confirmed have our vehicle and that enterprise contacted them to tow our vehicle and quoting us $320.Currently now have rental and will be returning today was to return yesterday but had to take the vehicle back as they towed us. Spoke with managers earlier today and they offered no type of assistance, one manger hung up in my face, another stating further they will be charging us for extended rental. Frustration here is this is an unethical business practice enforcing towing on your customers. Not only do I have to pay retail rate for additional day but also pay additional to get my car out from towing company.Review fromAlice M

I rented a car from Enterprise in early January and parked at ****************. I paid the parking fee at the time, yet about a month later, I received a citation letter and a penalty notice from Enterprise.I submitted proof of my parking payment through Enterprises internal portal, but received no meaningful response. Left with no alternative, I disputed the $70 charge with my credit card company and provided documentation. The dispute was resolved in my favor, confirming that the charge was not valid.I thought the issue was finally closed, but it wasnt. Enterprise has now handed this so-called outstanding balance to ************* their own debt collection arm. I am shocked and frustrated. I paid the parking fee, the citation was unjustified, and the bank already agreed I was not responsible, yet Enterprise continues to pursue this charge.I am extremely disappointed in Enterprises handling of this issue. How can I make sure this charge will be withdrawn from collections?Review fromLee M.

This is the worse rental car location I have ever encountered. The manager, Sean called to inform me that I would not be able to rent a vehicle that I had reserved over two months earlier. He called less than 24 hours before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle. His attitude was very nonchalant and unremorseful. It was definitely one of the worse customer service expeiences I ever had
