      We rented a car with Alamo in ********** ** for 4 days with a rate of $38 /day and since our airline canceled our flight we needed to keep the car for an additional day and simply thought we could call it in ...they informed us that we will be charged $400 since we called 2 hours after our initial return time... NEVER AGAIN !! Stay away from this company

      Enterprise/Alamo/National (all the same company) did not honor my reservation, stating that they had no cars available, and made no offer to remedy the situation. The clerk was extremely rude, saying they were unable to look up any reservation by name, and instead demanded to see the timestamp on the email, and told us this was the only was that she could confirm the reservation.I ended up getting a car from the next counter over (making a reservation as I waited in line), and had no problems.
