    **** company and employees. Need to buy protection plan they said for replacements. You know where you can put your protection plan. 4 purchases in the last 3 months. Items are garbage. Last purchase item falls over by itself only problem it's a bong. Sent picture showing how bent item is right at stem. Expects me to pay return shipping. Yeah not gonna happen. Here is Smokea customer service. Hello, ****** graffix bong had big blowout right in the very front under grommet. Very big chunk. I don't know was this from use? Never dropped. 2 months old and well used, but it doesn't look like the chunk that fell off should have had any issues. I am puzzled by this. It was in an area with minimal heat stress. I see graffix is no longer at Smokea also. Thanks for the info, it looks like I am screwed. Size was perfect for me. It's a shame.     As stated in the customer's review, this piece had been used. SMOKEA maintains a strict policy on returning used items as does all other reputable retailers in the smoking industry. As the product had been used, it was not eligible for a return or replacement. SMOKEA does offer extended protection plans through Mulberry that would have covered any accidental damage for up to 2 or 3 years but because this was not purchased it is necessary to refer to our returns policy at smokea.com/returns. Had the item been received in damaged condition before use, the item would have been replaced or refunded by SMOKEA without a protection plan.

    I purchased a glass product that was received defective. Even after sending them photos of the product showing that it was fused closed and could not draw air, they would not help. A coupon was offered. Very terrible customer service here

    As stated in our support response, this was due to the product being used. Had the damage been reported before the item was used it would have been eligible for a replacement.     I purchased this pipe and a couple of others as Christmas gifts. They are awesome! Everyone loved them and thanks to the wonderful customer service, I got one myself! Their customer service was a breeze and so friendly. The product itself is great quality. I will definitely be ordering more items! Thank you so much!

    This is an awesome company. Ive been doing business for a couple years with them. I dont have one single complaint the shipping is speedy. The products are quality and Im never going anywhere else and neither will any of my friends.
