I received prompt updates and tracking information right after placing my order, which arrived on ******** of the items I ordered was mistakenly swapped with a similarly named productan understandable error. I reached out to customer service, included my order details and a photo of what I received, and within ************************************************************* Their response was incredibly fast, friendly, and professional.Because of that outstanding service, SMOKEA is now my go-to for all smoke accessories.
