    Got the goods as promised and in good time. The goods can now be purchased in Australia and will cost less. The DotCom tutorial is Very -Very good. I could NOT get a reply to my emails. I'm happy enough.

    been on hold for 47 minutes, the app wouldn't download nor did the light work on the camera, i wished i would've seen all these bad reviews before ordering this, they won't give you a refund, they transfer you to the tech **** then tech says hold on and no one ever comes back, FOR YOUR OWN GOOD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMAPNY, read all the bad reviews, 100's of 1 star reviews basically all the same issues i'm having

    Crooks. No returns, no refunds, no customer service, non-working lightbulb camera, false advertising. Once you buy it, you own it. Their product works only with WiFi bandwidths that are now obsolete. But they don't tell you that before you buy. Their motto is "you bought it, your taken you are stuck with it.

    Does not work like promised. I call customer service and they connect me to tech department and no one ever answers or calls back. I want to return my product. **************** will not help. I do not recommend this product. Very disappointed.

    Dont even think of buying from them, customer service is horrible. I was on hold for more than an hour and will be waiting forever. Tried online chat same automated message someone will be with you shortly (wait time 4 mins) not sure how many seconds they have for a minute was waiting for ever. Sent email automated email to call the the customer service.

    Email something 20 times per week, so annoying. They won't let you unsubscribe.
