    Hello, This morning I went online to purchase a security camera for our new home. I had visited several other websites and then found dot com products who offered a 50% discount. I decided to make a purchase with this company. My grandson walked into the room where I was ordering from an told me to stop the order and he knew where i could find them locally. The ordering process required me to put in my debit card information first which I thought typically was always near the end of a purchase. There was 2 more steps according to the ordering process to complete to the order. Therefore, I simply closed out the website knowing I didn't complete the order. Only to receive an email notification that the order had processed. I was upset and frustrated as I know I didn't complete the order. I immediately contact my debit card company and explained to them what had occured. I then contact law enforcement and now have contacted the Better Business Bureau. The law enforcement officer explained to me after she had reviewed the company online and told me that this company had many complaints and very poor reviews. I will follow the instructions I have been given from my debit card company, law enforcement, and the BBB. This company was rude to me when I attempted to resolve this matter and when I requested a supervisor they told me they would connect me to one, the line went dead. I want my money back! They processed my order the moment they had my debit card information. No Way! I believe that is illegal dot come products and I won't stop until I do get my complete money back. I'm out the money for the time being until the order goes through and then I can dispute the charge. All this for attempting to make a genuine purchase online. Shame on this company. Thank you to all who read this and please be careful online and I won't want others to have to endure what I'm going through now.

    Called to cancel my order as soon as I saw that even though they state "Free Shipping" they added a "Journey Shipping Protection" fee. Received a response stating that they can't cancel since it has been shipped. Now I have to send it back once received. Not recommended.

    **************** is nonexistent. Sent the light bulb camera back per their instructions and know they received it over 10 days ago. Have not received a refund. Do not buy anything from this company.

    Don't even think of buying there products, We never opened the package and shipped it back and they refused to return the $$. Thank goodness for Amex and deleting the charge. Their return policy is a down right lie.

    I will never buy from them again. Worst customer service. I got hung up on about 5 times and transferred a lot. They refused to take the cameras back. When you buy the cameras you have to use cloud service or the camera is worthless. Buyer beware. Not made in America. The box says made in ***** and so is the app.

    Defective product. Non existent customer service. I put service in quotes because there isnt any. *** sent at least four emails trying to get the return information so that I can mail the product back and obtain a refund. Every time I send an email I get a response back that asks me to rate how various people who never contacted me, helped me. I am very frustrated and about to give up and chalk it up to trusting a business that turned out to be a complete sham.

    I had lots of issues. called the number twice.. was put on hold for a total of two hours. Tech support could not help. I would say do not buy anything from them
