I spoke with ***** at AAA Home Services to request appliance repair for our rental property. I agreed to pay for the service call charge and requested her to let me know the diagnoses before we proceed with repairs. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I saw a higher charge than originally agreed on our credit card which prompted me to call her to enquire the reason. That is when she explained a day later that the technician had gone to the property, diagnosed the issue, and repaired the appliance. So that is the reason I had higher charges on the credit card. She couldn't give me a good reason why she didn't call me as agreed to let me know the diagnostic before the repairs were done. Rather her explanation was a technician called you and left a message which I knew was a lie. She was also very rude when I requested her to send me a copy of the receipt and even, I had to call her back again because she had the wrong email address. Both times when I called her, she hanged up the phone even before I was done speaking. Her customer service is absolutely very poor with a bad attitude! That is not how you treat your customers that are paying for your ********************.AAA Home Services

AAA Home Services was called to repair a refrigerator that was freezing up. The repair for a new evaporator coil was for $830, $550 for labor alone. After 98 days the problem was back. Their service manager refused to offer any compensation in cash or service. All I asked was for them to look at it again and see if it was the same issue. He said that since it is over 90 days, he would charge me for any additional service work. He states several time that that is their policy and he can't change it. He wouldn't even entertain the idea that their work could be faulty. He insisted that it has to be Frigidaire's fault. Poor customer service and poor attitudeAAA Home Services

The warranty from the manufacturer is 90 days. Our company has nothing to do wit their warranty. Our service call fee is $95 for the diagnostic on the machine. Maybe you should call Frigidaire and ask them for some assistance. Thank you - AAA Home ServicesReview fromGreg L

Excellent professional service. New washer under warranty flashed errors. **** from AAA Appliance quickly diagnosed the problem and had to order a part. When he returned and installed the part we are able to complete laundry again. Only problem was it took 2 weeks to get the part from the manufacturer.AAA Home Services
