***** came out to inspect some outlet and circuit breaker issues after having our house being hit by lightning. ***** found both issues quickly and resolved them for us. 5 minutes to "repair" my refrigerator with a cable tie I provided, that's it. NO DIAGNOSIS. 5 minutes on site, really? Told me it needed 24 hours to get cold & if it didn't they would order a major system part. Really? With NO DIAGNOSIS? Office didn't care to hear from me. Wasted my time and $89. Hired another repair company [******* Brothers] who spent considerable time to diagnose the issue, found an inexpensive fan not working 4" from the cable tie AAA added & got cold in 20 minutes after replacing that fan same day. Done with AAA Home Services forever. So so INCOMPETANT for this refrigerator issue.AAA Home Services

**** called ahead to let us know he would be arriving shortly . He was friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately our washer had died and had to be put to rest but **** explained what had happened and when asked offered his opinions on other models - very appreciative.AAA Home Services

AAA Home Repair is a very reliable, quick and efficient company to have come into your home and get the job diagnosed and fixed. I cannot say enough about the professional manner in which **** handled my dogs and his kind reassuring manner that made me feel like hes got this! And sure enough he did.
