AAA Home Services is first rate. **** showed up in time. Gave us an accurate assessment of what needed to be done. He ordered the parts and set up a return time. **** called a couple of days later and informed us the parts came in faster than expected and he could make a time to come to us earlier. Not only did *** get the job done sooner than expected but **** showed up in time again, and did a fantastic job !AAA Home Services

**** with *** was great. He was very nice and was in and out checking and updating me about the furnace within just a few minutes. I did not have to wait all day for him to arrive. He came first thing in the morning and just a few minutes after his call letting me know that he was on his way. *** is great I have been using them for close to 20 years now, they are definitely a dependable and great company to use. My family was having issues with our 5y/o ** refrigerator and I was referred to AAA Home services by Best Buy, after 4 visits over the course of 3 weeks and over $1000 dollars paid by me the problem was not resolved. *** showed no since of urgency in returning phone calls or resolving the problem, seemingly ignoring the inconvenience of a family of 5 living without their refrigerator for several weeks. It wasnt until I left a negative review on ****** that I finally got a call back after their 4th visit where they were suggesting I replace an evaporator fan( I had already paid for replacement of a compressor and all its associated parts) and they seemingly had no idea that the problem wasnt fixed. I ended up having another company come look at the refrigerator and they realized that *** put in the wrong condenser when replacing my compressor and they fixed my problem. *** then responded to my review on ****** making it seem like I was unreasonable for seeking outside advice, never apologizing or taking accountability for any of their mistakes that led to this whole mess. I would do everything I could to avoid this company if you are looking for services they provide.AAA Home Services
