    After receiving an estimate (siding/soffitts/fascia/gable vents/block windows for basement/wrapping front porch posts) from this Company nearly 4 weeks ago, we have received ZERO follow-up communication from anyone at this Company...even though we have called 3 separate times to the business. The person who came to give the estimate (***) was very polite & had a thorough understanding of the product, but follow through with this Company is non-existent. I'm very disappointed with the apparent lack of regard for a potential Customer as this is exterior project is something that we're very eager to get underway. I don't like to disparage Businesses, but in this case it's 100% justified. I only hope that this incident isn't a regular occurrence with this Company.
