    I am concerned that the owner of Custom Discount Exteriors, *** ********, is also the owner of Fair Price which is in the same business as Customer Discount Exteriors.  He has basically re- labeled his business and that business is BBB approved yet does not answer any queries.  Shouldnt the two businesses be tied together?as undeliverable. A visit to their offices at ************************************************************************* they have not occupied that space in roughly a year.The BBB website shows that Mr. ******** is now operating a similar BBB approved business, Fair Price Properties, from a *****************, MO address. I recently sent a certified letter to this address and have yet to receive confirmation of receipt.We have paid for services and materials not supplied. We no longer believe that this project will ever be completed and appreciate any assistance the BBB can provide to effect the return of the credit we have with *********************** We can provide contracts if necessary.We paid $14,000 and received $10,533 in materials and services. We are due $3,467 from Custom Discount Exteriors or its successor entities.

    I have been calling *** ******* for two years to replace soffits, the wood is rotting on the back by the patio. The soffits will not stay because there isn't any wood up against it. There is a warranty. I would like for the repairs to be completed.

    The business contacted me and they are supposed to make good on their contract this week.

    We have been working with a specialty manufacturer to finish this job to the customers satisfaction soon as possible

    The only outstanding work is additional caulking the customer requested

    We are expecting the caulk in this week and will complete the job by Friday of this week

    Contracted said company to install new roof, siding, soffits and gutters in May 2021. Installed the roof in July 2021 but siding was delayed 3 months due to supply chain issues - after installing siding and soffits, they said they would come back in 6 months to adjust/correct anything that needed fixing. Also, when delivery truck dropped off roof shingles, they put a huge 2'x2' hole in my lawn and ruined neighbors lawn. Asked to have that fixed - 3 months later delivery company came in mid-summer and threw down some grass seed which did nothing. I asked again to have that fixed (at least the neighbor's yard) -said that they would fix it but never did. I had to purchase sod myself and make the repairs. Once winter set-in, the soffit wrap on sides of garage doors was installed too low to the ground and all soffit material bent up on bottom near driveway concrete - Called them and asked for it to be replaced and installed so as not to be so close to the ground to prevent the winter heave issue. They sent out non-english speaking person who replaced bent siding - but still did not shorten the material - I asked them to come out again and do it correctly - I was told they would do that - I have asked consistently for 4 months now - they say they are coming next week to fix it, but each week nobody comes. They also used wrong nails to install soffit around front windows of house which are now rusting - I asked for that to be fixed as well - again, nobody has been out to fix it. At this point, we are 18 months into this and nothing is resolved. I would like these issued corrected before winter sets-in and ruins everything again.
