      Installers did an excellent job. Cleaned up after installing 6 windows in one day. Couldnt tell they were there.

      I had an exceptionally positive experience with all aspects of my project. I had a French Door and 8 windows replaced. My sales person was ***** *****. He was professional and answered all of my questions. He was never pushy to make a sale. ***** stayed on schedule and had demonstrated the product and answered my questions to my satisfaction within an hour. I placed the order in August and was told that it would take appriximately 6 months for the factory to build my door and custom windows. I was also told that soneone would be out to measure the door and windows as well as to take a paint sample in order to match the custom paint color for my door. I wasn't here the day Tristan came to take the measurements so he wasnt aware that he needed to get the paint sample. It wasn't an issue though because *****, my sales person, offered to come by to get a paint sample. I was pleasantly surprised to get a call in November letting me know my windows and door would be ready for installation by December. **** and ***** were the Installers scheduled to complete my door and windows. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. The job could not have been an easy one considering that 1 of the 8 windows, one of which was a gigantic stationary window as well as the other 6 in that group of windows had to be installed on a ladder in a wall with a 22 foot ceiling. They arrived by 8:00 AM and did not finish until after dark. **** told me the trim above the French door was about an inch short and he didn't have the color trim to match the door so he had to use white trim. However, he said I would be getting a call to schedule a date when someone could come out and replace the white trim with trim that would match the custom paint. The appointment to replace the trim has already been scheduled for Jan 2, 2023 I love my new windows and door. Based on my experience with all aspects of Renewal by Andersen, I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and family.

      I had ordered a front and back door in August 2021. They stated it would take 6 months for it to come in since they were behind. Understandable. 8 months later they came to install the doors. So I took off work to be able to be here for the install. Everything was wrong. So the installers had back and forth with the person that measured. They had to reorder both. So 3 months later they came back (another day off) to install. Back door they put in. Front door had yet another issue. After being told last time the whole door frame was supposed to be redone also, they still didn’t have the tools to do so. So had to reorder again. We are now at over a year past ordering and I cancelled the order 2 months ago, which a supervisor approved. However, never got an email confirmation. My account with ******** (the vendor they use for payments) still reflects the full amount of both doors after 2 months. I’ve been back and forth with Andersen for 2 months trying to get this resolved. Next step will be a lawyer.

      We ordered a door from Andersen in April of 2021. Almost immediately we had problems. A gentleman came to check the salesman measurements and we would get a call from our salesman to see what changes could be made to our order. After two weeks and our $6,000 + deposit, I finally called to find out what was going on and raised enough heck we finally got a call back and got our order corrected. We were advised it would take until August before the door would be in and ready to install. Of course, August came and went with no update. I called again and was told the person handling our order had quit, but would have someone call me back. After two weeks, no call. I called again and finally someone sent an E-Mail manufacturer but had not heard back. Two more weeks, I called again, another person had quit and would have someone call me back Yep, your right, no call back. I called again and a lady said this has been going on to long. We finally got our door the Sunday before Thanksgiving.In July, we noticed trim was falling off. We called and were told to send pictures. We did. No call back. I called again (see a pattern here) and finally had an appt set up for August 3rd at 9:00. We received a call the evening before to remind me of our appt. By 10:00 no one shows. I call again and was told the order was assigned to a ******* that didn't do trim work??!!? I was told someone had called and told us the time had changed. That is an outright lie. Now we are scheduled for Aug 10 at 10:30. I guess we will see. BTW my neighbor ordered the exact door from someone else and got his installed in three months. Yes, we compared contracts!

      Generally same issues as mention in other reviews. Schedule, communication, service is terrible. Ordered a replacement window in December 2021, scheduled for install in March, then pushed to May. Installers were a no show in May because the window was not ordered or "they could not find it". Still waiting...
