    DO NOT Use Secure 24 as an Authorized ADT Dealer ***** Scam Alert Im sharing this to warn othersDO NOT use Secure 24 for your home security needs. They claim to be an ***-authorized dealer, but my experience was nothing short of a scam.I initially spoke with a friendly sales *** over the phone who offered a great package deal. However, what actually happened was the opposite. The installer, *****, came to my home and assured me he would install hardwired cameras onlyno solar, no plug-ins. I made that very clear.Due to work, I had to leave and trusted him to continue while my 17-year-old son was home. Instead of what was agreed upon, he plugged in everything, installed shock sensors with incorrect location labels, and pressured my son into signing a $3,000 credit card slipafter telling me the total would only be $1,200.Since then, theyve withdrawn over $2,000 from my credit card, and now theyre threatening to send me to collections unless I pay another $1,000.This is absolutely unethical. Ive contacted my lawyer and plan to escalate this with ADT corporate to have Secure 24 removed from their dealer network.Please be careful. This company is not trustworthy.

    Secure24 called the day before to confirm the appt. Arrived on time as indicated. Professional and thorough walk through. Detailed explanation of my equipment. Proposed upsell of additional equipment options and offered multiple payment scenarios without high pressure tactics. No hidden charges or fees and explained in detail all questions, including fine print, warranty, and new customer operation and solutions. Took time out during the installation to address on-the-fly questions and concerns. Was polite and professional as my installation went longer than expected and called his next appointment to apologize and notify he will be arriving a little later - which is the same courtesy I would expect. This is my third alarm company in 9 years at the same residence and the only one that works consistently with cell towers and wifi. Very satisfied customer and would recommend their installation services for central **.

    My ADT installer ***** was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and informative. He made sure I knew how to operate the system and felt confident with it before he left. I would highly recommend him in the future.

    Installer for the Indianapolis market was punctual and fantastic. Spent time educating me and ensured that only the necessary equipment was recommended and installed. Mobile app works great too and easy to use.

    There is one phone number given for this company. Nobody picks up during "working hours" (those mentioned in the company voice mail). They have an option to leave a message and they'll call back. Nobody does. It is the only phone number available on a contract I wished to cancel.
