    I was and am very pleased with my installation, the tech was very efficient, professional and concerned about my understanding of the system. Ater the completion of the installation, he made sure that he cleaned the area where he was working and left things as he found them. Thanks ***** for you attention to detail and professionalism.     It is so easy to set to alarm and unalarm. It truly does its job. The tech that installed it was so nice and informative and gave what I needed to protect me and my home and not a lot of fluff.
