    Professional installation and service. Great peace of mind. Thank you ADT. I received a call and was in the city of an alert, the laundry room door had come open. When I returned home my grandkids were there and said two sheriff deputies and a highway patrol had come and checked all the doors and everything was secure. I disarmed the alarm and we came inside and all was well.

    Easy to use app, convenient and thorough installation. However not all items were in stock when I got a system installed, so we had to schedule an additional install.

    *****, the scheduler, was friendly and knowledgeable, so it was quick, easy and fast to schedule the install. However, he failed to tell me I was in fact purchasing a package installation in addition to the monthly service charge (I was led to believe the monthly cost was the only pending charge.) When ******, the tech, came for the appointment and told me the installation charge for the additional pieces I needed for all kf our home's doors and windows, it was way beyond what we budgeted for the alarm system in our new home. He was great in explaining which parts and pieces I could swap out that would make the most sense for my family, for our needs and stay within our budget with a new home needing more than expected in fix-up costs. I would give the service tech 10 stars if I could. He was quick, friendly and efficient. I wish the scheduler had been more open and up front about potential costs and I would have given 5 stars. I can't say whether this was simply inexperience and oversight from a new employee, or a calculated misrepresentation by a veteran to get the technician in the door for me to spend money... but at the end of the day we have a working alarm with all the parts we wanted.

    ADT installer were awesome! They were very informative and made sure I understood everything. They completed the installation fast and walked me through the entire process, including downloading and setting up my applications.

    Technician was knowledgeable and thorough. Polite and answered all questions I had about the system. So far satisfied with performance after 1 week.
