Stratums bid was higher than other bids for placing foundation piers but they took the time to explain their bid in person and in detail. They did an excellent job and left the site clean and restored as possible, I would recommend them.Stratum Structural Systems, LLC

We used Stratum Structural Systems on a complex foundation repair. Our home is built on a hill with a lake in the front yard. The back foundation wall was caving in, and our copper water pipes were bowed. *** and **** diagnosed the problem, and their crew literally pulled the wall back to where it should be, thus saving our house from total collapse. They them installed an exterior sump system to keep the water from reaching the foundation wall again, and then epoxy injected all the cracks. On the other side of the house, they placed 5 piers and mud jacked the porch floor. Through the entire process, their awesome crew of ************************, **, ****, ************** were working hard every day, and were kind, courteous, clean and answered any and all questions. I can not recommend them enough! I am a Realtor, and you can bet my clients will be hearing about them. Thanks for a terrific job, Stratum!!Stratum Structural Systems, LLC

After 30 years in our home, we began finding several cracks in our 2-story vaulted great room and our foyers. We thought it was just some minor settling but it ended up being major foundation settling that needed to be addressed. *** came out and inspected everything and provided a quote. He was wonderful to work with and because we had a very large project, he went out of his way to try to find some ways to lower the cost. Ultimately, it was not our most inexpensive quote but we felt most comfortable with Stratum and their reputation. We cannot say enough positive things about the young men who then came to work on our foundation. They were kind, considerate, polite, and always took time to answer all our questions as our piers were installed. They encountered more water than one would expect around our foundation and ultimately ended up recommending a new waterproofing system and a second sump pump while a lot of the foundation was already opened up. This saved a lot in pricing because it was done right after the piers and before the concrete was replaced. While one never enjoys spending a lot of money on a foundation, we are glad we found and used Stratum for our needs. We totally recommend them to anyone needing foundation/waterproofing needs.Stratum Structural Systems, LLC

***** came out and estimated the footage of damage. In the end it was right on. They scheduled begin and end work exactly. ***** was out every day and did an excellent job. He was kind, easy to talk to, explained the repair treatment and worked continuously. Liked him so much, I made him breakfast each morning just so we could chat for 15 minutes before he began his day.Stratum Structural Systems, LLC
