Our house is in an area with a lot of **** soil that expands and contracts with weather causing drywall nail pops and cracks. Stratum engineer/estimator took measurements and explained causes and recommendations in a logical manner. Installed helical piers under the foundation to stabilize it and had the garage floor mud-jacked to resolve a large crack. Workers were very personable, answered any questions, and were adaptable to work around any issues that came up such as a buried sewer drain that was discovered to be in the way. Noted business office shows *************** but crews work out of ******** **. But they showed up on time, called when had to cancel for weather (in February), and completed the project per the contract performance and cost. I would recommend them.

They repaired a hairline crack in my poured cement foundation wall. The price was fair and the estimator didnt try to oversell me. The 2 workers who did the work were very conscientious and respectful.Stratum Structural Systems, LLC

My home had disastrous flooding, after never having water issues in the past. I ended up having to have a sump pump installed and during the work, we encountered additional issues with my basement. It was overwhelming to me and a costly project but **** **** and ***** ******* were awesome and so helpful to aid me in my decisions on the work. The crew assigned to my project was also professional and *****, the crew leader, made sure I understood each step within the process.I would recommend Stratum Structural Systems to anyone needing any type of basement waterproofing or foundation repairs!Stratum Structural Systems, LLC

professional...clean...everyday explained anticipated work to be done. Every evening explained what was done and asked if I had any questions. Never too busy to answer all my questions. Work was completed in a timely manner. When completed the areas were put back and swept up. ***** was always super pleasant and respectful as was his team. Great company! The workers who filled my garage wall cracks were courteous and explained the process to me. The cracks are filled and look professionally done. I'm extremely happy. Stratum waterproofed our basement about two and half years ago, installing a drain field of over 100 feet inside the basement and filling eight large cracks in the foundation. They also installed an egress window to bring us up to code (the window is well worth the cost--lots of light and lots of new airflow when opened). The workmanship was impeccable--our basement has been dry as a bone ever since. Last week, after a serious overnight rain, we noticed a corner of the basement past the end of the drain field that was damp. We called Stratum to have it evaluated, sending photos of the area. Two days later, a crew came and spent five hours extending the drain field another six feet and digging a new connection to our sump pump pit. They covered this area in new concrete. They also filled a new wall crack that had appeared in the same area--the crack was not there when they did the work two years ago. And they found a crack in the sump pump discharge pipe we had not seen and fixed that. We were not charged for all this work--Stratum told us it was part of their warranty for the previous project. We are stunned that all this work was at their expense, not ours. This indicates the integrity this company possesses--they stand behind their work, in this case years after the original project. Their workmen were efficient, explained all their actions, and were extremely neat--except for the new concrete, we can't tell they were ever there. Though I hope we will not need them again, I am confident that if we do, they will stand 100% behind their work, respond quickly, and make sure our basement is structurally sound and dry. I unhesitatingly recommend them for this kind of work.Stratum Structural Systems, LLC
