      I have never in my life disliked a business as much as this! How in creation are they in business! I beg places I order from to not use them! Once again, my package is been sitting at their facility 90 miles away from me for over 7 days now! I even paid extra shipping hoping I would get it sooner than usual. Also, sick of hearing covid as an excuse because the service sucked long before then!

      I am sorry we have not met your expectations as the delivery industry and others are combating the struggle with shortage of workers and still dealing with Covid19 protocols with sick employees. All our shippers have been informed of our delays in our system. In time and more employees we will see the delays diminish.

      We as a company use *************** to deliver our packages to our customers/employees and then to have them picked back up to return to us. In the last few months it has gotten worse. Their tracking system isn't updated when it should be. I sent emails and don't get replies, I've called customer ********************** and get attitudes. I ask why their service has changed and get told we are short staff and doing the best we can. I understand that but you have been short staff for months. Their website states they care about their customers but it does not seem like it. If you don't want to be a nice person on the phone do not take a customer ********************** job. I hope it gets better.

      I placed an order on May ******* and it was shipped on June ******. I never recieved the package even though it supposedly made it from ********* to *********, ** on June ******. I called and was on hold for over 30 minutes. ****** was nice enough but did not locate the package so now considered a lost package and most of the items are now out of stock. AVOID AVOID AVOID

      I am sorry for the long wait times as we are experiencing a staff shortage in customer **************************** are working to get more people hired to lower that wait time. I wish you would have provided the tracking number and address, so I could research further...please contact the shipper and we will work with them to get this resolved for you.
