      Because our driveway is closed for service the delivery driver walked the package 2/10ths of a mile, one way, to deliver it to our front door. In the rain!!!!!! Unheard of in the day and age!

      I worked for them as a package handler it was ok a job but things got worse and i ended up not going back to work because it was causing me to much stress to continue to work there. management sucked too.

      Speedee says they delivered a package to my house on February 16, 2024 at 9:42. That is a lie. I was sitting in a wheelchair by the window by my porch from 7:00 until noon that day, right in front of the window to my porch by the front door. The window shows my whole driveway, so NO speedee truck was in my driveway. He definitely did not deliver my package and I am out $100.00.

      The driver never delivered the package to my address. After I called *************** delivery about it, they sent the driver to the house to take a picture of the front of the door after the fact that I told them the package was never even delivered. They tried to cover it up the whole situation. Tried to get the drivers info to file a police report for theft but they would not give me their name. Its insane to think a driver can steal a package and have no repercussions.

      This has been resolved on our end with the shipper...we are sorry for the inconvenience of the delay of the item. The police will contact us with any information they may need.

      HORRIBLE COMPANY. have been waiting for package. Tracking said it was out for delivery twice and still have not received package. Called tracking phone number to find out when it would be delivered and lady that answered was super rude and hung up on me. This is the worst shipping company ever I would highly recommend never using them.

      TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE There is no other way without profanity to describe this company! An infant communicates better than these morons! Ive been trying to receive an order that they claimed was going to be delivered twice this week and both ended up being a no call no show! The first attempt I missed a day of work to receive the package and they never showed! So enraging! Ive still yet to receive my package so I have no idea if or when Ill get it because these morons cant get it together, I will check in the future if where Im purchasing through uses these guys, and if there are no other options then they will lose my business!

      Terrible delivery company! Tracking showed that they delivered my package on three different days and then it did not arrive for an additional seven. I tried contacting customer ********************** and they told me there was nothing they could do about it. Totally undependable delivery service would not recommend for anybody to use. For the record, this is not the first time I have had problems with this delivery company. Same problems occurred on three separate occasions. As this is the delivery company the retailer I chose to work with uses to deliver their parcels.

      If I could get a tracking number that would help find out why there was a delay.....I am sorry that this was not delivered in a timely manner.

      Two attempts to deliver a package needing a signature in the middle of the day on back-to-back weekdays... What kind of unemployed world do you think we live in?! Why wouldn't you try delivering packages which require a signature in the evenings or late afternoons??? I bet you have to return a ton of packages because of this. Ridiculous.

      Horrible horrible service. They never even attempted to deliver to my address. And returned to the shipper. It was never even in my city to attempt delivery.

      I am sorry that this package was returned....please contact the shipper and they will contact us and we will investigate the reason.....usually a return without making an attempt is caused by a damaged box...bad address or damaged label. Or being contacted by the shipper to return...as an example, wrong item was shipped.

      Wrong, it said on the tracking an attempted delivery was made in two different cities, neither one that I lived in. It never even made it to my city.

      About 3 weeks ago a SpeeDee driver delivered a box of several bottles of wine to my house. The box was wet and smelled of wine...gee, I wonder what happened? Since then I've had nothing but problems getting their company to pay for the bottle that was damaged and emptied into the shipping box. This was a $60 bottle of wine SpeeDee damaged. I'll never use SpeeDee again. Their customer ********************** stinks.

      SpeeDees response is always a deflection from responsibility. No different here. Im well beyond having cthe shipper and SpeeDee discuss this issue. SpeeDee b mishandled the box that was packed ceell and delivered a box that was wet and clearly had damage.
