"I was given multiple bills over the last 2 years that were not run through my insurance, even though my insurance company and I have been documenting every call/email/mail communication proving they have had my insurance information since day 1. This is a reoccurring issue and I am extremely concerned that they are sending multiple bills to collections without running it through insurance."
