  We have had our platinum twin xl adjustable beds for more than 20 years, but now are in need of the inserts for the mattresses and I see they have gone out of business. They were pretty pricey, but we priced similar quality adjustable beds and some we a little cheaper, but most were around the same price. Sad that they have gone out of business.

  I had to take out a credit to buy the bed have a lifetime warranty and they went out of business now I'm stuck paying for a bed through a credit union that I can't even sleep in because I needed some people to come out and fix it

  In 2021, purchased the Easy Rest Adjustabe Bed with a 20-year pro-rated warranty on the mattress. Within one year the mattress began sinking in the middle, turned it over for another few month the same results. I began contacting easy rest to no avail. I reached out to ********* ****** ***, who financed the bed to be informed that Easy Rest Adjustable bed is no longer a business nor do they make the bed. After, speaking with *** and getting no resolution. They were still asking for a $233 monthly payment of the 3k left on the bed. As I informed the *** adminstration, since you are still wanting payment that is forwarded to Easy Rest. Someone is still getting paid. Immediately, I stop payment on this bed and recievied several collection call and now is showing negatively on my credit report. After rereading service reviews I see I'm not the only customer that has unsolved a defeative product. Something should be done and customer should be reimburesed there money invested from the merchant and/or financier ***.

  Brought bed in October of 23, this is February and the cover is coming off the bed, no matter what phone number you call you get no answer what good is my warranty?

  Purchased a bed frame, queen size, came used, charged me $5297.88. I am 75years old, they will not answer the phone. ****, Beware!

  I am severely mad at this company. They sold me a bad I’ve had it less than a year and promised me all these warranties. They didn’t tell me that they were going out of business or downsizing when my bed broke which was supposed to be covered under warranty, they gave me the runaround and says that they don’t have any way to fix it. When they show me the bed, they would brag about how it was covered, and I would have no problems with it and now no one will call me back and the guy told me he’s not sure if he could find the part and asked me to put it in myself when the stuff all should’ve been under warranty is anyone else having problems with this company has a law lawsuit been filed because I’ve know they sold a lot of these beds to people promising them that they never have problems with it and in less than a year the bed is broke and no one wants to fix it because they’re downsizing I called the guy his name is Jeff. He has five different numbers that all go to the same number .

  One of their people came out to my house Friday and did all the paperwork and all that then telling me oh you're approved for one of one of their beds so I'm sitting there doing my budget so I can pay it tell him to hold off on taking the money out until the 4th of next month and then call me today just about 10 minutes ago telling me oh you're not approved for one of our beds sorry about that nothing but a bunch of lying business people how to be put out of business for that

  I wish I could give them zero or negative stars but I cannot. These people sent a charlatan to talk us into this horrible bed. If he would have been truthful, we would have never got this bed. We have been trying to get rid of this POS since two days after we got it. They keep saying just to either rotate it or wait 90 days to get it broken in. The salesman told us and guaranteed that these beds would not bow in the middle and cause the bed to bow to my body. My spouse and I both had body divets in our beds after only a couple months. Neither of us weigh a lot. This should not happen. We complained enough to get a new mattress for each of us but they are doing the same thing even more quickly. I just want them to come get the things and pay the finance company back their money so we can be done with them. Stay away from this unscrupulous company. Also just some info if the salesman lied about what bed can do take them to small claims court and if you are financing with two people, both should each do a separate claim. We have been complaining since day one and we still are. We should be sleeping on cloud nine but are living in hell. Our floor is more comfortable than the bed. I am done with them. Run now!!!!! The company does not back up what the salesman says. They told me today that the salesman can say anything they want because they don’t really work for or represent the company but only what is written in the small print of the sales contract is their truth. They take advantage of people. Just fight them in court.

  Easy rest is the best bed I've ever slept in . It's like being on a cloud. The beds many different adjustments make it perfect for my back problems that seem to change from top to bottom all the time. The free pillow I got is crazy how cool it stays all the time. I give them 10 stars if I could
