  ZERO!!! I was alerted that someone was on my property via my Ring doorbell alert (No he did not ring the bell). There was a young guy walking around my property looking all around, then walking up and down the sidewalk in front of my neighbors' houses. When he came back on my property I asked via the doorbell "who is was, and why he was on the property." He stated "doing termites checks" - DID NOT INDENITFY himself or his company until I asked him what's his company's name.
  I called Home Paramount Pest Control- Fallston, MD- office immediately. A lady named Roxane answered the phone, I told her that there was a tech on my property without my permission. She stated that the previous owners had a contract, and since it wasn't renewed they are removing the traps. I stated "I wanted to talk to a manager because I should have been notified prior to someone just showing up on my property unannounced." She told me she would take my name, and someone would call me back. I stated again "No I want the name of a manager, and to speak to them now" She they said "No you aren't, and hung up on me"
  
  WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS SHOWS UP WITHOUT ANY NOTIFICATIONS, AND DOESN'T EVEN KNOCK/ RING THE DOORBELL BEFORE ROAMING AROUND THE PROPERTY??? Then you have a office staff that is simply RUDE!!

  Home Paramount Regional Manager has been in contact with Ms. ******* and is scheduled to speak again regarding the termite bait system later this week. The termite system that is installed is not the property of the homeowner and must be removed upon cancellation of services.

  Don't even deserve 1 star! They never call about appointments, just show up and supposedly do the service! Well they didn't call about an appt or I would of cancelled since I didn't have the money! Well they came and did service and billed me, I called office and stated I couldn't pay it and I would make payments (as well I wrote them to tell them) I was told that wouldn't be a problem and never said anything about being sent to collections! So I made my payments every month (some twice a month) and low and behold they sent me to collections, like who does that!!!?? You don't send people to collections when they're paying and when you agreed making payments was fine!
  
  The service sucks every time they sprayed I still had problems, I bought stuff and did it myself and had higher success rate than using them and paying for **** service! I saw how they "sprayed" and the sloppiness of it I can see why nothing was eliminated! Overall this business sucks and needs to be shut down for unethical work/handling customers etc. **** pour is a understatement!

  I have been a customer of Home Paramount for several years. In the beginning their service was great. As time went on, the service started going down hill. The tech wasn't spraying thoroughly and several times had to return to do a repeat spray. However, in the past 2 years their service has become less than acceptable.They started unilaterally scheduling random appointments without our knowledge and would show up with no one being home. Then the tech would blow up our phones until we answered and would tell us they are at the house. Then they would never call back to reschedule the appt. The final straw however was when we recv'd a bill for services that were never performed we were out of state for 3 months and had proof. After contacting them, they agreed to zero out the bill because they could not determine whether or not the service was performed. However, the bill had already been sent to collection. Since then I have spent the last year fighting with the collection co and Home Paramount to correct this but can get absolutely no cooperation from either side. Paramount continues to tell me our acct is a zero balance and basically not to worry about it, however it's my credit that will be effected. Paramount made the error and should be responsible for correcting it and are refusing to do so. BEWARE, if you prefer getting what you pay for do NOT use Home Paramount.
