The reviews are absolutely correct. The working conditions are horrendous no air conditioning on the trucks in summer no heat in winter. The long term staff are competitive and try hard to keep newer employees from being trained in different departments or computers. Extremely high turnovers here most only stay a month and then they disappear into thin air. Management needs to learn how to treat employees with respect or they will walk away respect goes both ways. Management will show favoritism to immigrants working here who tell lies to get ahead . No training , growth or development only for the favorite employees , liars , backstabbers or sabotagers who tare down other employees to get ahead.

They say the fish rots from the head down, and that seems to be the case with this company. Every indication is that they don't treat their employees well, and bilk them as much as they do their customers. The practice seems to be to lock the customer into a contract and then deliver sub-par service. Most of my employees don't have an adequate number of uniforms on a weekly basis, and the ones they do have are dirty and in poor condition. There's barely a uniform of mine that doesn't have holes in it, especially in the pockets. Submitting uniforms for repairs often goes unnoticed, or when the uniforms are picked up for repairs, the repair time is lengthy. The icing is that Unifirst emails me, boasting that they are the official uniform company for the ************** when they can't even serve my 6 employee company adequately. It wouldn't be nearly so frustrating if the corporation simply allowed me out of the contract.

This company hides very important details in the fine print even though their sales people tell you something completely different! Go somewhere else! You will be so thankful!

I wish there was a zero star rating. Worst company to deal with. They will cheat you every chance they get. Even when they know they cheated you they would not do anything to fix it.They will raise your prices to the highest level possible, even when not justified.A lot of better companies out there.BEWARE!!!!!

Avoid doing business with this company at all costs. They are not trustworthy. They were able to scam ** on the 5 year renewal when our contract ran out even though they said verbally everything was fine. We had to use a court appointed arbitrator to settle dispute. Would never wish this company on our worst enemies.

Truly hoping that other companies that are looking to do business with them will read all of this reviews. They will do whatever it takes to keep you in the contact at all costs, even would forge your signature if needed; then will get their lawyers involved for the early termination and be careful because they might get away with something. After all it's not the money that matter it is the good reputation and customer service and that is what ********************** DOES NOT have at all.

This place should go out of business. They sucker their customers into a 5 year auto renewal contract. Yes, you heard me right. 5 years of auto renewal. They don't even provide a notice to the customer that they are approaching their renewal date & the terms. This company just exploits their customers. I will tell everyone I know what a poor operation they have.

I will not even give the company one star. They hand wrote 3 year on contract. It is past that 3 year **** but since we didn't cancel in writing 90 days before the end of the 3 years the fine print extends the contract for another 5 year term A scam. We are moving to another state and wanted to discontinue services. They want *******. Do not do business with them.

This place in the worse to work for, they are unorganized and do not know how to run a call center, they are a joke, the managers or supervisor does not know how to run it. ************* period that they over for uniforms and their facility services is over priced and not worth it. So anyone that has them I would cancel your service.

I called to stop service and was told I am in contract for 5 years and our contract was signed in 2022. I never signed a contract - an employee signed a form to change prices but was never told it was a contract she was signing. She signs invoices received only. Contracts and Release of Liens are signed by Owners of ************************************************* only! My employee was address by 2 gentlemen trying to sell other items and gave her a catalog then preceded to talk about a past due invoice in which they were going to adjust our prices. What a trick - now being told I as owner are still in contract because an employee signed it!!! NO WAY!!! Especially due to this I want out of contract and the **************** Manager t location 092 (******************************) said he was sending me to their lawyer!!!!Really a NO STAR for this Company!
