      We love Unifirst and have been using them for years at our company. Any uniform company is driver based and Unifirst does a great job maintaining their drivers. I've dealt with two drivers in the past 15-plus years. Our current driver is **** and he is excellent. He's friendly, very professional, and isn't afraid to go above and beyond to make sure we're satisfied. Previous uniform companies nickeled and dimed us every time a change was needed, we had consistency issues, and no one ever seemed to have all their uniforms. Currently our deliveries are the same time every week and our employees always get what they're expecting. I would highly recommend them and am sincerely grateful they provide our uniforms.

      **Subject:** Unprofessional and Non-Transparent Hiring Process I want to share my disappointing experience with UniFirst's hiring process, which I found to be disorganized and lacking transparency. It began on December 23rd with a phone interview. I passed and received an email on December 31st congratulating me for advancing to the next stage, an in-person interview. I confirmed the date and time within 3 hours, but I didnt hear back until January 7th, only to be given a completely different date and time. For over a week, I was left wondering if I needed to prepare for the original interview date. On January 10th, I attended the in-person interview with the sales manager and passed successfully. I was then invited to another interview on January 17th, where I was asked to prepare a presentation. I worked hard all week to perfect it and felt confident after delivering it. After following up on the results, I was informed that I would need to wait two more weeks for other candidates to complete their interviews before a final decision would be made. Today, after sending feedback about the drawn-out process, I received a response that they had decided to move forward with candidates who had experience in the fieldsomething they knew I lacked from the beginning. To make matters worse, I quit my long-haul trucking job and moved back from ******** to ******* to ensure I could fully dedicate myself to the process. I retrieved my suits from storage, spent money on dry cleaning, and even purchased new clothing to make the best impression. This process took over a month, left me without income, and was riddled with poor communication and unclear timelines. Im shocked that a reputable company like UniFirst would treat candidates this way. I hope this feedback encourages them to improve their hiring practices for future applicants.

      Horrible service. They sold their service to our business, which is a flooring installation company, stating they could provide and clean all uniforms. Then after signing the contract they tell us they can't get any of the solvents out of the uniforms that we use on the daily. When trying to be released from the contract due to services not being able to be rendered up to par, we were told we would have to pay $12,000 to be released from the contract!!! SCAM SCAM SCAM! Even their own delivery driver's claim to not use their cleaning service because it is so bad!!!

      Buyer Beware!**************** in ************ ******* had been a customer of ********************** for over twenty years. We would pay their weekly invoices automatically. It was not until we hired a new comptroller who looked into how much they had increased the cost of their services over the years that we realized they were taking extreme advantage of us.We sent a final payment and indicated we are canceling service only to find out that they are now suing us for a contract that was signed in 2016 and automatically renews!I strongly advice you to take caution ***** ***** President ***** **************

      I have had a very very VERY bad experience DO NOT RECOMMEND!! STAY AWAY! If I could give 0 stars I would.1.) When doing the contract they lied that it would be for one year. After the contract was signed they sent me a separate sheet with agreements that I had not seen before, it said the contract was for 5 years. I DID NOT CONSENT TO THIS.2.) The price fluctuates every week, it is always increasing, IT MAKES NO SENSE 3.) The cleaning service is terrible, always get my uniforms back dirty or wrinkled.4.) They miss pick up and drop of times. I've had to clean my uniforms myself, WHAT AM I PAYING FOR?5.) Whenever you ask for employees who previously aid with signing the contracts Unifirst will always tell you they are no longer there. 5.) When I was trying to contact customer support to cancel my contract they threatened me to pay $11,228.99. WHY? you're not fulfilling what you talked and promised me. I had to hired my own attorney who thankfully saved me from paying this unfair and unreasonable amount.I am very disappointed. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

      UniFirst prides itself on high levels of customer service and satisfaction and we take things like this very seriously.  In response to this businesss comments on their BBB review, as is often the case,there are two sides to every story, and unfortunately, based on differing opinions of what transpired, many of the details noted by this customer are simply not accurate.  ********************** took several good faith measures to try and address/resolve the customers concerns but through our best efforts, we were never able to come to a mutually agreed upon resolution.  A confidential settlement agreed to by both parties was negotiated by legal counsel prior to this review being posted.

      Reading music reviews is a little jarring because this is not been my experience with UniFirst by any means. I am a newer Employee sub six months Ive been met with so many different challenges and lots of praise and validation for my efforts to learn this industry, we try to conduct our business is ethically and honestly as possible at all times Ive yet to meet somebody who has done anything underhanded, or been unclear with any products or terms. Any that I know of that employee three full-time customer service reps to handle any complaints or anything wrong with any billing no other company has the transparency, nor the drive to actually make sure the customers are getting what they ordered. We try to be the standard for the industry, not the exception I understand. They are some bad actors within this space and the industry as a whole can be confusing the first time buyers but universe goes above and beyond and making sure that their new customers and existing customers have all the information that they need along with that. We also try to provide our best possible service with our tenured route guys all the ones I have met have been with the company for five years plus and do a great job . Do some things fall between the cracks occasionally. Yes they do. We are not perfect that being said UniFirsts response to mistakes whether ours or companies has always been with the most diligent effort in providing the best possible service. We grow slowly because we dont ***** and mislead our customers like others in the space. I adore working for the people at my branch.

      Worst company EVER! They don't deliver what they charge you for.They always have a different invoice total or charges.When you complain they state it has to be in writing if not you can't get out of their contract and will charge you full price for the remaining months; when you do submit it in writing all of the sudden no one finds it or does anything about it.WORST EVER!Do Not recommend!If you want to get robbed, not be satisfied, get a bunch of BS from them and not get all you pay for then they are the ones.If you want quality, honest and good service DO NOT use them!If I can rate them a NEGATIVE 5 I would!

      I don't know how these guys stay in business. They are absolutely the WORST pick of any of these type supplier businesses. They will cheat you on invoices. From week to week prices will not be correct or you will be charged for something that was not delivered. They will lose your employees uniforms and let you go weeks on end without replacing or outright accuse you of lying about them losing uniforms. But then a couple of pieces of uniforms will turn up with them. Their managers and office administration are NOT nice. The accounts receivable **** is completely inept at their job. You have to go through their delivery tickets and invoices with a fine tooth comb to catch all the inaccuracies. The incompetence and lack of care in staggering. Do not do business with these people. We have switched to another company and the service, attention to detail, competence, and professionalism is a breath of fresh air!
