This company not only has the best product, but they have the best customer service I have ever seen. I feel like Im one of the family and I am a Director of customer service. For everyone with window needs! Get in touch with Frank over at Castle Windows 'The Real Window People' The Salesman was amazing! Hopefully you get Josh! He was on time, very knowledgeable, walked us through every choice and every price! They even gave us 30% of the best quality! Well worth the month to get the installation! Product was beautiful! Work was done very clean and professional! I couldn't ask for a better experience being a new home owner! Can't wait until we get the rest of the house done with more new windows from Castle!
