    I ordered a rug July 25th and like everyone else on this comment thread cant get an order update or a live person. Have no idea when my rug will be coming. Not worth the couple hundred dollars you might save. Maybe this company is a fraud. Who knows. What i do know is They may have my money. for the moment .but will contact my credit card company card f i dont hear back in two weeks. Terrible terrible way to conduct business.

    I purchased Safavieh Carousel Kids CRK121B 8' round rug in 2021 for my new grandson. When my daughter moved to her new house two weeks ago we unwrapped the rug to find I was sent Safavieh CarouselKids Collection8" round CRK124B. So instead of cute little animals this wrong rug I was sent had a large anchor on it. He is 2 years old.I trusted that Rugs Done Right sent me the rug I ordered but in fact they sent the wrong rug.I emailed Rugs Done right regarding their mistake today. I requested they send me the rug I ordered or my money back so that I can purchase the rug I ordered from elsewhere. They made a mistake and need to make it right.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a rug on May 22 and still have not received it. I have tried to contact Rugs Done Right multiple times over the past 6 weeks, through phone, chat and email and have received ZERO replies. And of course, zero rug.

    Placed an order on May 16 for three rugs. The discount coupon did not get deducted from my order but was refunded once I let them know. I did receive one rug promptly and love it. However, I have been emailing and calling to get status updates on the other two rugs for weeks without response. They have my money but I don't have the rugs!

    I order a rug in May 2022. I have sent multiple emails, left messages with no response. I wish I never order from them. If I do not get a response I will be contacting my credit card company to request my payment returned

    Never received a shipping update on rug. Waited a month with still no update even after filling out the online shipping update request form. I have reached out to them several different ways with no luck getting in touch with a real human. I am still trying to cancel my order.

    This company deserves zero stars. I reached out for an update on my order as the website stated that the rug would ship out in 2 to 3 business days. A customer service representative emailed me back and said that she would look in to the status of my order, it has been over a week and theres still no update. I have emailed multiple times and all of my emails have gone on responded. I tried reaching out to ask for a cancellation and a refund immediately and no customer service agent has gotten back to me. Everything about this company is terrible. I cannot stress this enough do not buy from this company customer service does not answer the phone, their chat, or emails. At this point all I want is a refund on an order that has yet to ship.
