    I placed an order for rugs and indicated via email to their customer service that I needed them immediately. I was told they would ship in approx. 4 days. Well, that didn't happen so I cancelled the order and got rugs someplace else that could meet my deadline. The order shipped out after I had sent the email. The rugs arrived finally, but I had no use for them. A return label was issued but then they deducted $50 from my refund for shipping. I am now disputing the charge on my ****************. Lousy service, and don't order from them as their return policy takes a huge percentage of the cost. Bunch of crooks.

    Ordered a rug on 4/12/22. I reached out via email multiple times between April 2022 and August 2022 and was told that the rug was backordered and that, once it was ready to ship, I'd receive tracking info. My last few emails in August went unanswered and it's been over a year since I placed my initial order. I think it's safe to say I won't be receiving my rug order. Also, the live chat and most of the contact forms on the website are broken. This entire online business is a scam. Don't fall for it!

    They took my money 10 months ago and have not sent my rug. They dont answer calls and never return messages. This business is supposed to be a female-run operation supporting women in business. They are a disgrace to women everywhere. Taking money and never delivering the product is fraud and theft. They should all be in jail for larceny.

    I ordered and paid for a rug in December 2021. I still have not received. Despite endless calls and emails...no one has responded since June 2022 when they said rug finally coming in four weeks. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. Their website says there are an A+ BBB company. THEY ARE NOT!

    I did a rug order with them on January 1, 2023. I waited the 10 days they requested before i checked the status of my order, but to no avail. I tried calling, emailing and even live chatting. No answer, which seems to be the case in alot of the reviews. I even tried cancelling my order and again, the form didn't even come up for me to cancel. I did contact my bank about the cc payment and did find out that the payment didn't even go through, but i will still be watching very carefully. I do have a feeling that the company is no longer in business, as this is no way to run a business! I am sorry i even tried ordering from them.

    Absolute worst company ever and they have been allowed to just ignore all e-commerce trade customers that ordered from them and not answer any requests on refunds or status of orders. I ordered my rug from this group and have since disputed this charge with my credit card company. They never shipped my rug or offered me a refund. Numerous emails unanswered and no communication, they should not even be allowed to have credit with **** or Mastercard on their business behavior because they have been fraudulent.

    Buyer beware! I ordered a rug and returned it immediately. The rug was received in its original packaging with the order number and everything on it. It was returned June 30th and I've yet to receive a refund for the rug. I have reached out via phone, chat and email and they haven't responded since July 11th. Do not shop with this company. Not at all worth the hassle and lack of humanity.

    Absolutely disgusted with this business. They accepted orders when they clearly knew they were going out of business. Payment went through as soon as the order was placed. No communication and no way to reach them. Buyer beware! Keep your hard earned money!

    Ordered rug pads over a month ago. Was charged the day I ordered them . NO rug pads and can not reach the company have tried calling, left messages sent many email.DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

    I ordered a rug back in December 2021. Waited months and was told in July I would get a notice of shipping. It never happened. I called left messages, emails. No answer. I went onto the website and it says my order was fulfilled. I never got the rug. Tried to contact them again nothing
