Excellent service. **** was efficient and professional. Even made sure to tell us to keep our ducks away from the ** unit so they didnt get exposed to the cleaning agent used.

I have the One Hour maintenance agreement where they check my central air and clean it every 6 months. They do a fair job of cleaning the outside condenser but leave piled up leaves inside of it. Told me it was a little low on Freon, which was true. Also told me it needed a new induction motor. A small fan on the furnace front held on with 4 sheet metal screws. Price quoted was $900.00. I had another company give me a second opinion. Nothing wrong with it. I canceled my agreement with them.One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Just as with any preventative maintenance, it is the technician's responsibility to simply make you aware of potential issues that *** arise. As the tech mentioned, and stated on your invoice, the inducer motor is currently operational however is it grinding badly and could fail.
