  Chris was our project manager and he is a true professional! Daily email and phone updates. If I ever had questions, he was quick to respond! Always had our best interest in mind and went above and beyond making sure everything was perfect. We love our new covered patio and highly recommend DDR!

  Distinctive Design Remodeling installed/built a patio cover for us. It looks great! Eain M*****, the project manager was awesome to work with. He always kept us up-to-date on what was to happen and when it should happen. He emailed, stopped by on a regular basis with the details. Eain scheduled several cleanups throughout the project including power washing our driveway and patio. I give Eain and DDR an A+ and recommend them for this kind of project. Thank you Eain and DDR.

  We are very pleased with our new deck and porch that DDR installed. They said they could start construction in seven weeks and in six weeks three days the lumber was delivered and in seven weeks a crew showed up and began work. The entire project took three weeks so we were very happy with that. Our project manager Eain Moseley was great to work with. He was very responsive whenever we had a question and kept us informed on the status of our project. Overall it was a great experience and we are very pleased with the entire experience. Would highly recommend DDR.

  I used DDR to have a patio added to the back of my house. The whole process was extremely streamlined and required very little interaction on my part. To start the project, Jesse came out to talk about my ideas and what DDR could feasibly do. He ended up pitching a few of his own ideas to me which I ended up going with and am super pleased that I did based on the finished product. When the project started, my project manager, Kyle, was extremely easy to work with and was always professional and courteous whenever I would call him with any questions or concerns. The teams that DDR uses (framers, roofers, concrete crew, etc.) all did extremely good work and got their work done at an impressive rate. A stand out from the DDR contractors is their electrician, Jason Sanders. Jason and his crew wired up two outlets, a fan, and a flood light for the patio after helping me figure out the best way to wire everything to do what I wanted. I was expecting them to have to cut a lot of drywall to be able to run the wires, but they were able to run the wires without damaging any drywall and were able to get everything wired exactly the way I wanted it. Overall I am extremely pleased with the build quality of my new patio and the experience that I have had with the DDR team.

  Very good workmanship and I like how they do the work in phases. Chris was very helpful and kept me in with good communication. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants to do remodeling.

  DDR and especially my PM Eain did a great job on my home addition. The project got off to a rough start due to the weather, but they did their best to keep things moving and on schedule; overall ~2-3 weeks beyond the original target date (not bad). Eain good to work with. He is very professional, reasonable, responsive and did what he said he would do. Contractors are often difficult to schedule so he kept me updated with frequent updates. Overall the quality was good, price was very competitive, and they finished nearly on time.

  This was the second project DDR did for us. Just like the first one they were on time, on budget and extremely responsive to questions. I couldn't recommend them higher.

  From start to finish during our screened-in porch project, the folks at Distinctive Design Remodeling made sure we were informed about options and fully understood each stage of the project. From the first time we met with Jesse, he made sure the plans for the project were exactly what we wanted, while project manager Kyle made sure everything was progressing as it should. My wife and I both commented about how responsive and efficient the DDR team was throughout the project. Hiccups are part of any type of construction, but it's how a company responds that makes the difference. The DDR team stepped up during any of those small setbacks to ensure that we got the very best screened-in porch that we could have imagined. Kudos to DDR! We are impressed!
