    My first time dealing with Bud's and so far so good. I ordered a Lil. 22 lr pistol for my sis ,to get her adapted to shooting a firearm she's a beginner but shows alot of promise! Lol It's just my feelings now a days that every woman should carry so I'm getting my sis just a Lil protection. Once she gets use to firing a semi auto .22 ,I'm gonna gradually move her up to at least a 9mm and it'll definitely come from Buds. I've bought alot of firearms on web sites ,most of mine matter of fact ,but I think I finally found my honey hole! Lol This place has super prices that really took me by shock on some items and are very friendly and professional on the phone. I'm having my pistol shipped to my local ffl dealer and am still in progress of getting it but so far so good! One of the greatest options that I've seen when buying a firearm from Bud's, is the lifetime warranty option which is fantastic and to my knowledge is the only gun store to have this option. The other sites I've used in the past doesn't have that option. If I'd have found this place sooner ,I'd have probably bought the majority of my firearms from this store fs especially my Rugers because if u don't know Rugers don't carry any warranty anymore ,I found this out after buying a Ruger 57 from another place so if your interested in any Ruger I'd advise taking this unique option just for peace of mind on all firearms but this is my new go too store for now on ty Bud's!!

    Great selection with cheaper prices than most! Shipping is generally fast, unless it's a specialty item.

    I placed an order on 1/6 for a couple of gun magazines and a foregrip. On 1/11 I still had not received an update on my order, whether it had shipped or the order was still being filled...nothing. I called their customer service and was told my order was still being filled (the fact that it takes 5 days to pull a few small items aside). I asked how long it would take before the items were shipped and the customer service rep said it takes 5-7 business days to ship the order then the items had to then take the 2-3 days to arrive. That would put the items arriving almost 2 weeks after I ordered them, so I told them I wanted to cancel the order. I was told no problem, although I would have to pay a 10% restocking fee (despite there being no indication that the items had even been pulled from the warehouse). I reluctantly said fine, just cancel it. I could get the items locally for a couple of bucks more without having to wait over a week to get them.

    An hour later, I received an email and a phone call and was told it was too late to cancel my order because they had already been shipped. At this point I was agreed to accept the order.

    I received my first shipping update on 1/14 that said the items would be delivered on 1/15. Then the update said 1/16. Then 1/17. Then 1/18. Then finally I received an update that the items had been delivered. Check for the delivery and no delivery. Go on the fedex site to track the package and it was shipped around the country was finally delivered back to Bud's Gun Shop.

    I called their customer service back and they had no idea why this had happened. I then asked to cancel my order and they still notified me that they would charge me a 10% restocking fee. So 2 weeks after ordering the items, 8 days after trying to cancel the order, and still no order and still paying a 10% restocking fee. Terrible customer service.

    We are very sorry to hear that the customer was unhappy with their order. This order was placed on a Saturday, 1/6 , and we were contacted the follow Wednesday, 1/10, for an order update. The order was in our shipping department and we advised of our standard order processing time frame which is 3-7 business days, with the 10th being the 3rd business day of processing. The customer requested we cancel the order and we reached out to our shipping department to see if the order could be stopped but the item was too far along to stop. The item was shipped direct to the customer, but according to FedEx it was delayed due to weather conditions and eventually was returned due to being unable to be delivered. The item did not go to any locations that it should not, the tracking history shows it going though shipping hubs and then being turned around and going back through the hubs. Once the return was processed the customer still advised they wished to cancel rather than us reshipping the package and the cancellation fee would apply as the reason for the return was weather related and we would reship without cost if the customer still wanted the order.

    Love the ease of purchasing either a firearm or accessory. Fair pricing. In fact best pricing online and in most stores. Also first on tje scene with new items.
