Never again! Been buying ammo for years from them, never a problem until today. Thought my ammo was coming from KY, got my 500 rds. of .22 ammo but not my 500 rds. of 9mm. Customer service told me that the order was split up from two different warehouses and that an investigation would have to be initiated with Fed-X which would take six to eight days. A great inconvenience for me not to mention my money being tied up, also, their method of tracking an order is the most difficult of any company I've ever delt with.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience. We have several inventory warehouses where items may ship out from so they can come from different locations and in different packages. In this case the two items were on two separate orders so even if they were in the same location they would not have been able to be shipped out together. We will provide the tracking information for an order once it has shipped out. In the order in question the item shipped out on 1/26 and was in transit when it appears to have stalled. We understand the frustration and once we were notified of the issue we have contacted the carrier to begin an investigation to see if the package was lost , or if it can be recovered and the shipment continued. This process can take some time as the carriers have to perform the investigation to see if they can locate the package or see if they can find out what happened so that we can assist.Review fromTim R
