Buds has been awesome in every aspect! I've ordered 5 guns in 6 months and not once have I waited more than 2 days to be shipped and maybe 3 to be at my FFL! QUALITY in the guns and the service ?? I can't say ANYTHING bad at all TBH! I just ordered another gun last night...Walther PPQ M2 22LR. its probably going to be at my FFL by tonight. ThanksReview fromLARRY M

$6700 and 10 firearms later, only one complaint. I would have ordered more if firearm wasn’t out of stock. Be nice to know if and when Bud’s will restock or even be able to place an order. Great prices, great experience always. Wish the ACH cash payment system was a little faster. I guess that is why you pay more for credit card sales. You get the quicker processing. Bud's ordering process was easily navigated. Price on product I purchased was one of the lowest online and they offered insured shipping at a reasonable price. I had prior experience with Bud's which was also good.Review fromRonald A

Horrible service. Purchased 2 items. After a prolonged delay I inquired about processing times. Every time given a different response / reason. Then suddenly they were having technical difficulties and would disconnect. After additional delays items were shipped. Once I received them i realized they shipped the wrong item. While at the ffl dealer I contacted them and provided info and pictures. They said they were unable to correct it and I could return the item and that I would have to pay 25 to ship back plus 10% restock fee. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

We apologize for the inconvenience with this order. There was unfortunately a mistake in the listing for one of the items purchased on the order and when we were contacted the customer was mistakenly informed that fees would apply for the return. We have reached out to the customer and apologized for the miscommunication and offered the option to return the firearm for a full refund due to the listing error but they opted to keep the item. As for the processing time frame this item did process in the expected time frame. One of the items was listed as a special order item which meant that it could take some additional time to process and the order was shipped out on the 8th business day, which would be one day beyond our advertised 3-7 business day time frame.
