This is not my first time making a purchase on this site, and it went smoothly, with two "howevers":
1 -- It said on the site "Free Shipping" (I guess a holiday promotion...) but it wasn't free when I hit the checkout button ("bait and switch"?)
2 - They need to get better at predicting shipping or delivery time... just saying that "due to high demand... will take longer..." is a sign of inefficiency and lack of process control, that results in frustration and disappointment.

We are always happy to provide assistance with any concerns. We do offer free shipping on our firearm orders. We do also offer optional shipping insurance that can be selected during the checkout, which is what was selected on this order. During the checkout process for an order containing free shipping options would show 1 option with insurance with the total for the insurance, and one option for uninsured shipping which would be free. In regards to expected shipping times we can only provide a window for estimated time frame. Normally, our standard time frame is 3-7 business days from when the order is received. However, this item is listed as a special order item and that means that it could take additional time to process. We will still work to ensure the item is shipped out as quickly as possible, and in some cases it could still go out within the standard time frame, but for special order items we do advertise they could take up to an additional 7 business days to process and ship out.Review fromJose A

Huge selection, many choices and helpful staff. Lots of information available with folks just a phone call away to answer questions.
