Ordered a firearm from Buds Gun Shop. Payment was sent via ACH funding. Four days later my order was cancelled!!. No email or contact of any kind was made on their end. I checked my order status via Buds website only to see my order was cancelled. So I contacted Buds via chat on their website. The employee looked into the cancellation and advised me "We don't feel comfortable doing business with you" Why? no explanation given. What a crock.

We did receive an order on 11/29 in the evening. Once the order would have started processing on Monday, 12/2, the order was canceled. We did speak to the customer on 12/4 regarding this cancellation. The representative that the customer initially spoke to advised that it was due to not being comfortable processing orders, but upon talking to a supervisor the customer was informed that the reason was due to the actions taken on a previous order regarding a stopped payment on another ACH order that was submitted. We do wish the customer well wherever they choose to shop in the future.Review fromClaude B
