    Arlinghaus electric and air did a great job performing the 25 point check and light cleaning. Cody showed me the testing and explained how to check my system is cooling efficiently. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the system and technical aspects of the AC.

    I replaced my AC system back in 2020. I paid a little more than most places, but I was ok with paying more because of the 10 year warranty & peace of mind that came with it. Fast forward to 2024 – my unit starts to freeze up a month after receiving my yearly inspection. They tried to charge me to come back out, but waived the fee after I pointed out that they were just there and if there was an issue it should have been caught during inspection. Not to mention I shouldn't be having issues with a practically brand-new system! They sent someone out & found the problem. The technician told me they had to order the part and that they’d call me Monday (since it was the weekend) with an ETA on the part & the fix would be covered under my warranty at no cost. I didn’t receive a call Monday, so I called them Tuesday for an update. Finally, a week later, I received a call to be put on the schedule. The day of my appointment, the technician let me know that it would be 4 hours and around $1800-$1900 to fix the issue. Then I was told the “10 year warranty” was parts only and that I still had to pay the labor costs. I told him I wasn’t paying that & called to speak with a manager after he left. Got the run-around & left a message with the person who answered my call and was told they would call me back. Never received a call. I called back the next day & again, got the run-around and was told the manager would call me back. I have yet to receive a call from management. I did some research and turns out the job should only take 2 hours and the labor should only be between $400-$700. Very unprofessional company and the lack of customer service/communication is unacceptable. I’ve wasted many vacation days from work because they reschedule my yearly inspections every year (some years we were rescheduled twice) and I was never notified until the morning of my appointment. They will bump your appointment if a bigger job comes along. Very untrustworthy and unreliable company.

    I want to give a huge shoutout to Steve C*** from Arlinghaus for his outstanding service in diagnosing and fixing my A/C during this blistering heat. Steve was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and had my A/C up and running in no time, bringing much-needed relief to my home. Thanks to Steve, we can finally stay cool and comfortable. Highly recommend his services!

    Tech Steve C*** was very professional and went out of his way to resolve the issue. He discovered I had this issue about this time last year and was able to wave my fee. A part had to be ordered but he has my heat running temporarily until part comes in. Thank you! ******* **
